why demon1 sucks now

The pace/meta has changed. Demon1 is a slow sens player. Everyone has realized how op yoru is and its way harder to play yoru on a slow sens. Some can do it, but demon1 is not that guy. He's a slow sens merchant. This is why king was on yoru, and this is why demon1 does not play raze, yoru, waylay (high sens agents, generally speaking). Unfortunately for him the impact ceiling of high sens agents aka OP agents is far greater than the impact jett/chamber can have on a game.

TLDR; he is washed and hasn't or can't adapt to the duelist meta

I'm not agreeing with you that the meta is slow sens. I don't think sens plays a role in the META. The meta is defined by the agents and strats being used. Right now the meta duelists are more yoru, raze, neon, and now probably waylay. I'm saying these agents are easier with a faster sens (aka the mechanics are easier). And before you do the same shit as the others, YES I KNOW THERE ARE PLAYERS WITH SLOW SENS WHO CAN ROCK THOSE AGENTS. I'm saying demon1 is not one of those players. Why can't he do what dg does then? He's just not as good as dg mechanically AT THAT SENS.

end of the day u can say sens or mechanics idc it's really goes hand in hand in my book.

But yes, because he can't play the high sens agents he caused his team to have to switch roles which is why LEV sucks now. D1 is washed end of story. He'll have the odd pop off game sure. But he's really only decent on jett. And teams are starting to find ways around jett now too (bc of the goat aspas)

This is not a sens issue. Its a "what does the player excel at and what does he suck at" issue, and demon1 isnt feeling it mechanically, nor does the meta suit him. Look at canezerra dominating t2 rn, hes INCREDIBLY low sens player. Dgzin is also thriving in t1 rn and hes low sense. Other high sens players are doing well, especially in apac sure, but its not a requirement. Pretty sure some of the new signed emea prodigy players are low sens too like Serial but could be wrong

I'm saying the mechanics for the high sens duelist becomes way easier with high sens. Yes you can be like dg and still effectively use satchels and what not. But clearly D1 cannot. Whether u wanna say its a mechanical issue or sens issue that's up to you. But lets be real, sens plays a huge role in your "mechanics". I hate sinatraa but I remember him saying this in regards to sens: You should play the highest sens that you are able to control.

I would agree with you if Demon1 was slow during his peak. If you look at his highlights the guy was making very fast flicks and his reaction time was also very fast. He just isn't like that anymore.

I mean i think he's just washed brother. He was playing jett making 90 degree one shot flicks left right and center during his peak. Sure he was never doing 360 spins or raze satchels but his Jett was not some angle holding, OP crutch. Demon1 was the best rifler ITW and a great OPer.

I do agree his sens makes it harder to be great at agents like raze or neon but if he was playing like he used to then it would be no concern at all imo. It's only a concern now bc he isn't the same player he used to be

I can see this being a factor too.

Gamer finally gets money -> Starts splashing the cash forgetting the discipline/ how many hours is required to be great -> Enjoys life a bit -> Gets left in the dust.

Kinda like the gym, u go 5 days a week eating clean for 2 years. Then you spend 6 months eating pizza and wings and never working out. Everyone else that continued hitting the gym is always going to be bigger.

Demon1 was a time and place player. Worked in a great system with Potter/Boostio/Jawgemo during a meta that suited him. He was on comfort agents and at his mechanical peak. He's been unable to fit into any other role or system, doesn't look comfortable in the current meta, his mechanics have dropped a bit and he has likely lost passion for the game. This isn't even factoring in his personal issues as well.
