Is having more KR teams in Pacific lowkey a debuff for Korea as a sub region? When KR was at their best, there were only 3 KR teams in the region in T1, KRX and GEN. This meant all the best talent went to those teams and hence there were better results overall.

Now that there are more KR teams, suddenly there is a dip in the number of quality players and coaches they can sign. For example, Gen.G could've gotten oonzmlp from VL had VL not ascended, and that would've helped them. Similarly, KRX could've gone for Klaus, or even Ivy had NS not ascended back. Hell, any team would've liked to have XuNa or Xross.
