Pacific clearly still best region
Americas looks ok, SEN disappointed and NRG look good, hopefully G2 are contenders
EMEA also just ok, GX look good but not contenders good, TL flopped HARD, FNC is their only hope as usual
CN looks better than results show. XLG loss to the tournament favorites and EDG showed moments of brilliance against NRG and should have at least gone 3 maps, BLG also super underrated this event imo

EWC is inherently worse than lock in. They are playing on old patches, they are playing bo1's, they are cramming the schedule of this entire event because every sport that is involved in the EWC complains about this too.
Then riot and orgs say they won't force players to go to the event yet it's esports where the profit margins are not always great and it's a tournament that can make your orgs soooooooooo much money the players are essentially forced to play in a tournament or make your own org mad
