Money Heist. It's a Spanish drama about a genius and his crew breaking into the royal mint to print money for 3 days straight. It's got some of the most insane sequences of events like idk how the writers came up with this shit.

If you're into religious horror, Midnight Mass. Really good writing and the ending is phenomenal. A bit heavy on dialogue though.

Also I know you said no anime but honestly I think you should atleast try one, there are some bangers that aren't just brain rotted fan service (i recomend violet evergarden for a more serious show and spy x family for a more casual comedy show)
