Still the 6th highest in immo+ (and the highest in ascendant)
Regardless of the reason, you're statistically more likely to win if you have a Sage on your team
2nd highest non-mirror winrate in ranked btw
They were waiting for the Dutch man to get rolled 💀
I'm literally 0/8 in Americas idek how.
Meanwhile I don't even watch APAC but I'm at 5/6.
You don't know what American sensibilities are like. Cartoon violence is nothing. They totally would draw the line at a dance that's supposed to imitate dipping your balls on a dead body in the background of "MASTERCARD THRIFTY"
From Riot's perspective, they just don't want to risk that conversation with people who literally fund their esport. "Don't teabag" is not exactly a hard ask of people who play video games for a job.
How many times do we have to rehash this teabagging shit? It's not because Riot is "sensitive." Imagine some boomer corporate idiots from the Mastercard sponsor or whatever tune into a game and start asking hey what does that crouching dance mean
I thought it was excellent, given the apparent screentime constraints. They did a good job with all the small details to imply what had to happen off-screen, so it doesn't bother me as much as it does most people, but it still does suck how much we just didn't get to see.
Overall, top 3 animated series OAT for me
Season 1 is actually perfection, genuinely don't have any criticism.
Season 2 is still good but kinda ran out of time and feels rushed at the end.
Tejo on single duelist, single initiator comps
FPX is what PRX haters think PRX is
"PRX would perform better as individuals" is such a cold take lol ppl have been asking something and foreskin to join another team for ages
Wouldn't it be TL vs APK and M8 vs KOI?
I don't see how age has anything to do with it. Isn't t3xture like 27? Duelists with high ceilings and inconsistent performances usually just need strong coaching and training to lift their floor up. It's the killer duelist intuition that you can't really learn, but I don't think that's his problem.
Nobody asked him though. He just went and yapped on reddit
Do you expect him to say his current teammates suck and they're gonna do worse? He's no fr0st
Why does swerl have paper taped to his forehead
How do you pronounce o0o0o anyway? I've never heard casters say it
LEV in their current state have gotta be below C9 and Loud. It felt like pure incompetence from Furia that they got so many rounds, especially the ones where c0m was last alive. If D1 gets back into form it's a different story.
Loud on the other hand actually does have a recipe for success. Dgzin has a high ceiling, v1nny and cauanzin will only get better as they adapt to the meta, tuyz will get more comfortable on senti (or get replaced by lukxo ig).
My one concern is that they won't innovate as much without saadhak, but they probably also won't run troll comps either.
EG was rated significantly lower than those two right up until FNC got eliminated
I mean, I remember optic being generally favored, but regardless it's definitely the case for the other three
So real for this
Underdogs have won champs every time but somehow it's the masters winners that seem to get more respect
It's just not a fluke if they beat all the other teams in the top 4 without dropping a series. They can fall off, but that doesn't mean they weren't the best at the time. It just means everyone else got better since then.
Trace is crazy good when they have time to prepare
No joke I literally am 0/8 in Americas
I don't even watch APAC but I did it off of vibes and am currently 5/5
If he was able to shoot them individually it would actually increase his potential defuse stall.
All that needs to happen is for his signature to have something ridiculous like a 60s cooldown instead of 45s. And the ult should probably be 9 points.
As a hyper-aggro agent, his natural counter is simply to bait out his utility without much of your own, and then push back after he's exhausted his utility. For example, on defense, you'd have someone like Jett/Yoru/Omen show early presence, make him burn util on them, then escape and retake site while he has nothing.
In practice, the cooldown on missiles is low enough that he can use them both for site execs and for late defuse denial. He should be more like the Brimstone of initiators - powerful utility, but he has to choose much more wisely about when to use it or else he will just not have any left.
Shotgun nerf would just make initiator-heavy comps even stronger. Not gonna happen.
This was exactly the strength of Chamber when DRX was running him last year on Lotus. He'd peek A, absorb util dumps, then tell the team to go fast C, except the duelist doesn't even need to leave the main squad.
This is also the strength of Yoru on big maps. Suss out an area, then TP and fast hit somewhere else if you don't like what you see.
It was like the first good showing of Tejo usage tho
Most agents are literally worse now than they were in 2021. There isn't power creep.
This makes sense though. As they release new agents, they want to make sure those agents have a valuable niche that isn't already covered by an older, more versatile agent. It's all part of balancing.
Main roster
They won't even make it past 100throwers
Those examples are completely different from each other. The riot devs aren't the ones who need to think more.
It would be great if we could collectively stop consuming short-form content that's terrible for our brains and also ultimately controlled by shitty billionaires, but that probably won't happen. Dead internet here we come.
110T for sure. NRG already looked cooked as shit against C9 comps, let alone 100T who are way more coordinated with the Tejo/Breach/Fade stuff
The skill cap is not needing an exact spray at all.
