What if instead of seperate tournament for gc there is qualifiers for gc teams , if they win or come top -(whatever) then they qualify to vct event so they get experience against top teams

true in a way but china even in 2022 could beat most low to mid teams in franchising whereas the best gc teams can't even beat tier 3 male teams.

the best GC teams aren't even close to the level to compete at the T2 level. At best, teams like V1 and G2G are mid T3 or borderline T2, and would get completely destroyed by actual rostered T2 teams. V1 were getting beat by T3 F/A teams in some NSG open a couple of weeks ago. Having them play against competition that is so far above them won't really help them improve, having them play against teams at their same level or lightly above or below their level will allow for much more effective and reliable improvement from the scene

GC teams were able to play in NA VCL qualifiers but none of them made it through, not even V1 arguably the best gc team in the world.

Yeah i think those matches will be very competitive and fun to watch
Although opportunities are important i (and many others) probably do not want to give up their entertainment for an opportunity just for them to improve

bad idea. If they just let GC teams skip all the way through VCL AND VCT leagues instantly to a masters/champs tourney they would just get rolled. GC teams are so behind T2 let alone T1 teams. And its not like GC teams never play against T2 and T1 teams. They scrim them here and there. Also, GC teams had the chance to play in VCL teams but none of them qualified. CN teams for a while only had other CN teams to scrim with but look how good they did. so you cant use the excuse "the reason they are bad is because they dont play with top tier teams". Im not trying to be transphobic/sexist or anything but im just saying my take. Id love to see GC teams thrive and actually be competitive against VCL and VCT teams in an official match

Riot has said that they don't want game changers to be as big as a deal so that women players aspire to be on the main franchised teams as there isn't a biological difference for valorant only a player count difference. I'm soooooo hoping flourescent joins t2 and stomps on some people

Most of the strats I see in gc are from the top teams even in the Franchising lot of teams take other teams starts so startegy isn't the problem.
The main problem is when I watch V1or other GC teams playing in T2 events like nerdstreet or etc they usually just lose the important duels. I don't know if biology is involved or whatever it is but they just lack the firepover that those unpracticed run it down 17year old 5stacks do. They just outaim them if they can fix that then in 3-4 years easily they will catch up but even then I expect only female players playing not a full female team I think that will take atleast 6-7 years but with riot pushing forward maybe less.
But in afraid they won't be able to solve it

Only safe in Pacific, EMEA and South America, due to various difference of nationalities/language/culture. USA 1 country, so tolerance would be less common there.

why dont they make a new league seperate for trans woman like how they seperated woman and mens league. There are so many transgenders in valorant so i dont see an issue. If there was no difference in performance with a PERSON who has XX chromosome and a PERSON who has XY chromosome then I wonder why there is GC which is specifically for woman. GC isnt specifically for women... its for people of identities who face societal pressures that push them away from gaming more so then men. This includes both cis women and trans women. GC was never just for cis women since its conception riot has been extremely consistent on that the only ppl who thought it was only for cis women are fucks like you who dont give a shit about the league.
