I want to increase my fps or gaming quality on my gaming laptop but I don't know anything about computer settings. Are there any particular settings in-game or out that would effect my fps in-game?

I see a lot of defense for Cane accusing people of trying to cancel him or arguing that he is a young kid with bad influences around him. Surely there can be criticism of a person's actions without that equalling cancelling them. I don't see anyone on here calling for his job or asking people to boycott his stream or some shit, just shaming his actions. And if he has "bad influences" around him, surely a community calling him out and correcting his actions helps change the environment or influences that he hears around him. People on here can't defend his actions so they just respond to all criticism with "oh hes just a kid with bad influences stop making a big deal" like yeah thats deadass the point of calling him out is to make him and the people that watch/support him to understand that these actions are never acceptable.

Zyppan has had previous highs with old FPX/Navi and is in bad form rn on a different role and Click is a massive talent that hasn't started well in his VCT career. Does blocking someone in-game prevent you from queuing with someone later on? I just played with someone I had recently friended and they were an asshole to everyone in all of our games. I was gonna unfriend and block them but we are the same rank and q the same regions so I didn't know if there was a chance I was gonna see them later on since they are deadass always playing this game
