No, they just can't even qualify for international event because unlike Asspac, where PRX and DRX pisses on every other teams, America League is more competitive therefore it's much harder and it's shows rn y'all just can't accept the reality, delusional. Though, if Jinggg is still playing then I think it will be easily a win for PRX.
One region being competitive doesn't mean anything if the teams that got top seeds through this competitiveness still lose to PRX in international games. With Jinggg on the team, PRX won against KRÜ, NRG, Loud and even EG once during the international events this year, so I feel they are just better than America teams in general.
With all that said, Sentinel's new team looks good this off season, and it looks like PRX's firepower is gonna hurt with Jinggg gone, unless they manage to fit Monyet into the W gaming system.
Since his return to controller, he has only played two matches: the final versus Oxygen, in which he was MVP, and the other against MxS.
I'm not sure why people think zellsis is a better controller than pancada; zellsis should be a replacement for either tenz or sacy not for pancada.
And why is Tenz on smoke if Zellsis is on breach? Is Tenz is a better omen than Pancada. What are these people smoking?
No Jinggg, no win. He came in after the first map and showed again why he's the best Raze and one of the best duelists in the world. Outstanding player.
Glad for Sentinels, tbh. I like PRX, but I'm just happy for TenZ, zekken and Sacy. Also Zellsis and john fit so damn well in this squad. The whole synergy is now actually great again.
Im happy that the match went all the way to 3 games, but happier to see Sentinels come out with the win!
My thoughts:
I think that PRX found the perfect counter to the sentinels Sunset composition , which means that Sen are going to probably gonna make some changes to their comp. I also am a bit concerned for what they are going to do when Jingg is actually gone. Something didn't really have a very good day today, it was when they switched Jingg in that is when things turned around for PRX, and it also helped that ForesakeN played super well.
Sentinels not using Killjoy was rough for them, I think that the Cypher on haven is what lost them a couple of the rounds (Not John himself, the agent) . KJ just seems to be the stronger choice for a haven since the turret is huge for info and the nanoswarms are great for stalling (maybe not always stall the execute but the plant). As for the switch up on the roles I was super confused about, I can only think of the possibility of TenZ wanting to go in with the team instead of having to be the one waiting for the timed breach util. I also think that they might have used today as a limit test to see how they would do with the role switch at a lan event, I feel like Zellsis will be a smoke/initiator flex, and TenZ will be a Duelist/Initiator flex (I feel like mostly its going to be Yoru on bind).
the classic Reyna 1v4 was simply the goat play. like jinggg owns everyone in the agent. that shit is actually so fuckin masterclass. like you can't see any other esports player play the fucking reyna like that. He actually is the goat of valorant and his movement is so fucking good. another reason his raze is also the best in the fucking world. Actually owns this game. I swear to god if he doesn't return to competitive play next year its actually joever for valorant esports in general. I mean in 2021 we knew prx was a crazy fun team. But after this match with and without subbing jinggg we can tell that he fuckin own this game. Like riot should have a conversation with singapore goverment to get his military exempted. No fuckin way he doesn't return to competitive play. I swear to god i am gonna lose my shit if he doesn't return to val next year.
