VCT 2025 will be so damn interesting.

When Leo makes his comeback, I'm happy! When Fnatic plays against Vitality they need him.

aspas together with xenom and cortezia is so much fun to watch. MIBR will be crazy next season!

Maybe this is a hint to put tex back on Sentinel and Demon1 on Jett. nataNk stays on aggressive Initiator, C0M on Sova / 2nd Ini / 2nd Controller (Flex) and kiNgg obviously stays on Viper and IGL. It felt so much like tex being used to the slower Sentinel playstyle now that a switch back to duelist is maybe a bit crazy, while you have with Demon1 one of the best Jett players.

KangKang on Sage. xD Please look how many agents he played in the last 30 days - 12 different agents. LOL
Are they for real trolling or just trying stuff out?

posted 1 week ago

Bro, I was rooting for M8. ;)
Watched a lot of SK and Click last season(s).

And yes I watched it and you could tell both teams were trying out a lot, especially on Abyss. ANd Heretics won't be so stupid to give away their serious comps and strats on a Showmatch when they want to win majors next season, they are like next level professionals.

And it's just a fact that benjy was ill... it's nothing serious, but obviously you won't be at 100% then.

And I said BOTH teams were trying stuff out - not Heretics did and M8 played serious. Both didn't play at full throttle.

posted 1 week ago

Offseason... anything can happen. Teams trying out Vyse comps, other stuff... benjy coming back from being ill and ladida.

Was a really nice match, though - both teams not 100% serious, though - showmatch alike.

I mean was there ever a single Showmatch where teams went maniac and 100% serious? Can't remember.

WIll def. watch this!

EDG baiting... xD
Coaches etc. reviewing: "Okay, they lost it again."

And then Champions 2024 happening again. :D

For a pure Thai team that played Challengers before they're doing a great job against one of the best teams in the world... but in the end you can simply see that Sentinels are way cooler in heated moments / have much more experience. Mechanically it's pretty even.

*Edit: The Jinx is real.

F*ck Long-COVID.
Bro... I don't even know how Leo must feel. :(

It doesn't matter that he was the best rated VCT-Player of the last 4 years combined or the best Initiator of all time or whatnot at this point. All that matters is that this dude gets fit again. 20 years young... being physically ill for so long is really f*cked.

I have an auto-immune disease and know how it is to be in the hospital once every 6 weeks for infusion, but I can live pretty much normal with those medics. Being not able to do your daily / normal life is something completely different.

I pray for your recovery, Leo. <3

Welcome crashies.

al0rante masterclass

posted 2 weeks ago

vo0kashu should either join a APAC team or go to EMEA / Americas... there are enough teams which could benefit from a Sentinel / Controller with crazy aim. But I bet the paycheck in China is huge... that's also why players like B1SK etc. went there.

posted 2 weeks ago

Turkey masterclass. When they make it serious, they win.

Bro... as if cNed and Wo0t played at 100% during Spike Nations... xD Who actually thinks that is lost. Maybe they turned it up for the grand finals a bit and then you see a domination like this.

musashi destroyed them all, but sadly it was not enough.

Ruxic finally being signed. Dude is insane. Easily the biggest Controller talent not in VCT until now.
And koala + hiro are obviously 2 great talents.

Absolute W roster, even though I don't know why ANGE1 with 35 years still want to do this instead of just chilling and coaching or so. xD

posted 3 weeks ago

If that's the truth, that's sad as hell.

But would also explain their moves in Counter-Strike. Like always signing CIS talents etc. that will always accept a much lower payment than Central / Western European talents.

Really dumb.

posted 3 weeks ago

Ehm... what?

I mean, yes... the offseason doesn't mean a lot, but he was literally their best player during that just-for-fun REDBULL tourney. He showed that he is an awesome team player etc. and still got the good numbers.

This has to be because of health issues or other serious problems. No way they are replacing him because of his performance or whatever.

*Edit: Okay, sounds like some social problems or whatever: https://x.com/C9VAL/status/1863768084621766684

posted 3 weeks ago

I still wonder why Lime left FKS and why xuss left MOUZ and both literally swapped. :X

posted 3 weeks ago

runneR was so good against G2 etc. on Initiator during that mixed offseason tourney (forgot the name). I hoped for him showing up as Ini now, seems to be the ideal role for him.

nAts, Keiko and pati are nice... but kamyk and kamo def. need to step their game up for T1 / Liquid.

posted 3 weeks ago

something had a crazy first map, but then I felt he was a bit off his usual style somehow... maybe didn't feel well. :X
But glad PRX won!

posted 3 weeks ago

ZETA should sign Meiy and Art for CLZ and Xdll... xD

posted 4 weeks ago

runneR as Initiator was so damn good against G2 etc. in the OS tourney, I hope he somehow continues with that.

I.g. when that roster finds it's consistency, it can be def. very dangerous.

inspirational bomb vs. coughing BabyJ

posted 4 weeks ago

Nope. I just find it very weird to call Wo0t or cNed washed or whatever because they played a bad offseason match. As if the OS means anything more than fun & practice. Even Red Bull recently means basically nothing. Who will care about it when VCT starts again? ^^

posted 4 weeks ago

Look at the stats. Wo0t had by far the most entries and most succesful entry kills of every major ever. I was saying "entries" when it comes to the best. And by overall numbers (rating, aces, impact etc. ladida) it was in the Top 3. There are several videos about it on YT... :)

posted 4 weeks ago

Where? Not a single Turk in the German roster. And when you refer to Germany over all... there are less than 3 million Turks living in Germany. You're French, in France the immigrant % is like 20% or what. Paris is not even French anymore. 3-4x more than in any other European country.

posted 4 weeks ago

Hmm... yeah. They looked a bit mezzo mezzo, but in the end it's still a strong roster and when we talk about majors there is still a lot of prep time. I will never underestimate Koreans in e-sports. DRX is also like a full super-talent team comparable to Heretics but only Koreans now. Sin Prisa (better said their new org) could also surprise many people.

posted 4 weeks ago

Only nice cities for the Majors. :)

I guess by what we know for the upcoming rosters the main favourites will be Heretics, EDG, NRG, Sentinels, Vitality, Gen.G and I'd say T1 and Paper Rex as the "secret weapons" because they looked so strong recently... and I think MIBR, Cloud9, RRQ, NAVI and FUT could become very, very annoying to the main favourites.

posted 4 weeks ago

G2 is one of the biggest and most succesful orgs in the world. They could have done it before in Europe, since their HQ is in Germany. But they already dropped that one team in Europe and saw the opportunity in the US. For the players it's just better. Better facilities, better support / payments and better coaching. I think it always depends. Some orgs also ask for it via Vitamine B, beasically because it costs a lot of money. Orgs like G2, FaZe, Liquid, Vitality etc. simply have no crazy financial issues - they are pretty healthy. And then I think it's def. okay. When players would suffer from it or if an org would betray other orgs, it would suck.

posted 1 month ago

Makes sense. I hope they get a proper payment then.

posted 1 month ago

splash, xffero, Monyet, Lmemore and BerserX could form an insane Indonesian team.

posted 1 month ago

People yapping. Wo0t was ill and has a chronical illness, that also made them leave the RED BULL tourney (together with the fact that benjy catched a cold). I'm German and happy about the win, but please... don't rate a Spike Nations match too crazy.

Wo0t made his VCT debut this year (got 18 during the Madrid major) and his first major ever (Shanghai) was him playing one of the Top 3 ever major performances in Valorant - by entrying even by far the best major ever.

Wo0t and cNed (world champion) doesn't need to prove anything for anyone.

You also have to consider the FKS team is pretty new... they are not for long together now. Obviously TH didn't play at 100%, but FKS also looked a bit "nervous" at times. Especially from players like xuss and al0rante you know what crazy rifling they can deliver. I'm sure FKS will def. be one of the strongest teams in Ascension 2025.

posted 1 month ago

You could def. see TH being just experienced Tier 1 beasts now and FOKUS still very fresh together.

But also... this FOKUS team def. has a future. When it comes to direct duels (no lurk kills / deaths), al0rante, xuss and Lewis had pretty good numbers.

Very good match! :)

PRX vs. GENG... no English stream. :X
*Edit: Okay, English interviews but no English casters.

posted 1 month ago

When you consider the fact that 4 of 5 Heretics players were in Challengers last season and these 4 are all below 20 years young, two grand finals b2b at Valorant majors is actually super impressive. Wo0t even played one of the best Valorant major tournament performances ever in Shanghai while making his tournament debut there... he got 18 years during VCT Masters Madrid (the reason why paTiTek played there for him); that's also crazy.

And when it comes to Fnatic and their strategies I think their whole situation with Leo suffering on Long-COVID, the need to quickly adapt to other players and then also having problems with new comps was def. affecting them. I mean Boaster is def. one of the best IGLs ever, but this season you could see that even for his numbers he was def. fragging not very well. Somehow the Valorant gods weren't with FNC this season. But I'm sure when a 100% fit Leo is back and i.g. everything will go straight, Fnatic will be so much stronger again. It's insane how heavily Leo is missing - there is a reason why Platoon rated him as #1 (of 30) for the overall deadliest players in Valorant in his video. And also Alfajer and Chronicle will be relieved a lot when he's back.

Excited for the RB tourney... especially also what this new KC and FOKUS teams can do (even though they aren't together for a long time now).

8th ranked team of a T3 league against worldwide top 10 team is actually interesting. Shiio playing awesome! In the beginning I thought PXU might making this interesting, but G2 is playing this obviously very calm and cool.

Still... GG Unicorns! Beating BBL was already amazing.

xeus vs. jaw xD

Pretty much a match on eye level by 2 great teams and IGLs.

You guys would wonder how many comments on YT etc. there are that GC players (we know the names) would destroy Challengers and could easily play Tier 1.

I mean there are full YT videos by glazers (actual influencers) who say flor is the best duelist in the world... xD

posted 1 month ago

This underlines what N4RRATE said... Challengers is def. higher in the "list" than GC.

And also why some things that happen in GC are questionable.

posted 1 month ago

Biggest nonsense I've ever read.

The primmie glaze is real.

Sorry, but you clearly have not a single clue about what you're talking.

NO ONE - not aspas, not Derke, not Wo0t, not KangKang, not zekken, not primmie - no one of the best mechanical players is blessed with 50-100% better reaction times in comparison with other VCT pro-players. And for Valorant there was no official / scientific measuring on a LAN yet. Your online analyzings are worth exactly 0,0 because you don't know what recording software he used, what ping he played and what ping the other players played. It's only possible on an LAN environment, where all players have the same conditions and when you measure it with exact software.

When you really think anyone of those dudes do a constant 100-120ms you're delusional. Not even the best CS players (which have been measured in the past), are reaching constantly those numbers - and there is no doubt about the top 1% in CS is mechanically def. levels above the top 1% in Valorant.
