No, my main argument is about synergy because that is the main reason why Nadeshot said BabyJ and Ec1s were kicked for. Your way isn't logical because it's full of speculation. And of course I know he isn't their coach, that's why is specified the 100T management team. I only talked about Nadeshot because he's the one who posted the video. What do you mean "show this synergy thing"? Have you ever heard of teamwork? Strategy? Tactics? Set-ups? Experience? Growth? Building off each other? Communication? Learning from past failures as a team? Capitalizing on teammates' plays? No? Those are all aspects of synergy. In case you didn't know, Valorant is a five-man team game. And it's not my only defense, you're just picking and choosing what you want to see and then still failing to prove those sections wrong. But yes, synergy is my main defense, because that's what Nadeshot emphasized in his video for why BabyJ and Ec1s were booted for. Also you saying that because you think my defense is stupid therefore yours makes sense is an Olympic-level leap in logic. You're just coping. Again, it's more than just "expecting players to perform and qualify" because teamwork matters. These players are performing together. And if they do not have enough experience playing together they will not play off each other efficiently. You obviously did not read my post at all. And I have no clue how you did the math there at the end. And not in a good way. They added Tenz before VCT started. The competition back in that era of Valorant was much weaker, meaning individual talent could take one further (not that talent is a bad thing, of course, it's just that you need more than shooting ability). I'm pretty sure back then post plants were just coming into the meta. Your point here is completely irrelevant. Besides TenZ was added during very different circumstances, 100T by no means needed to kick BabyJ and Ec1s after what happened. And now that they added two players in the middle of VCT it's going to be even harder to adapt. Plus, jcStani and Bang are not TenZ.

But this roster change that they decided on is not helping their odds. And of course, qualifying is hard, this is the VCT for chrisssakes. If it's not hard what's the point. Go compete in a tier four tourney if you want the easy road. Life is hard, deal with it. All I'm saying is that the way 100T chose to deal with the difficulties was braindead.
