I don't think you can get prime by reaching lv 20 or so anymore. But I kinda agree with the cheater issue being a bit overblown, I have like 2.5k hours of MM and encountered like 20 cheaters in total, it feels like valorant being too good at countering cheating rather than cs being bad at it
