the lack of talent in emea might become their biggest weakness,

instead of trying to develop their own players they instead have started to poach players from America,

they need to allocate more resources into creating the next generation of greta valorant players instead of relying on imports from america

but the real question is if EMEA even has real fire power

can you imagine being EMEA with a gazillion different tier 2 teams ables to show off talent and shit, and picking up from the 10 NA tier 2 teams LOL

like there is so much opportunity in EMEA, and partly is because all these EMEA orgs contract jail all the good talent

we had mfs like kadavra who was hididng in French T2, came to tier 1 and instantly started dropping bombs

Tbf Saadhak and Flyuh makes sense because they're IGLs and EMEA has really bad midrounders

But they have incredible talent in every other role

EMEA has an absurd amount of T2 talent, it's just CS/2021 players keep getting spots on T1 rosters over them despite being washed beyond belief

If every EMEA team was built like Heretics or FNC where it was one older experienced player + an experienced coach and then a bunch of rookies EMEA would probably be the best region

saadhak - emea have a pretty bad IGL shortage, you don't pass up saadhak
Less - we have plenty of good players in his role but like... it's less, you don't pass him up really
flyuh - igl shortage but yeah i dont really get this one
