If you dont overwhelm it and if you eat properly then the muscle will grow bigger on that healing process so its completely normal that youre feeling crippled

The thing is that we dont know what goes backstage cuz maybe their coach has told them several times and tried to fix their mental or maybe he didn't think this would happen again and didn't pay that much importance on mental stuff and so when a problem is like this, you don't know if it's a huge one thats both players' and the coaches fault or a small one that gets ignored but results in shocking results. You can't say the players are bad when they've consistently gotten to 12 or close to that against 2 good teams and 1 mid team while also doing it in an overwhelming way.
