Now I don't think they necessarily need to change 3 players but I don't think London was a massive underperformance for Heretics and acting like suggesting changes is just because of what has happened and London, and not the wider trend as a whole is pretty dishonest. They need a massive structural change if they actually want to win something now. I love G2, but I would say a similar thing about them, and I don't think tearing up the foundation is that crazy of an idea when the foundation is crumbling. Maybe this only requires one or two changes, or maybe it requires three, we can't know until it happens. But most of the people in this thread don't even seem willing to engage with that possibility because they like the team a lot.

The swiss stuff I don't think is valid, case in point Lev who had even less prep time than FUT, and teams that go through swiss usually preform better than the 1st seeds. In the previous 3 masters (not bangkok cause no 1st seed skip) 10/12 of the 1st seeds lost their first match to someone from swiss.

FUT couldn't close it out and made a lot of mistakes when it mattered most and EDG took advantage of that well. If FUT were better, they wouldn't have done that, just how it is. You're obviously pulling that 9/10 number out of your ass. I do think FUT is pretty close to EDG they're just less experienced, which is what gave the edge to EDG in that game. I think it was a 55-45 in favor of EDG and you just got unlucky.
