I think most people think she could hold her own, but the question is if she can do well imo. Personally, I think if she got signed by a t1 team, she would be placed on a senti/initiator role because there are just so many cracked duelists right now in t1 that it wouldn’t really justify flor replacing them. Like I can’t really think of a NA team where ANY player would replace a duelist.

Then, that brings the issue of importing. While other regions could use a duelist, I actually think that their own GC duelists are just as good as flor anyway, so no need to use an import on flor. The only regions where we might see flor as a duelist is EMEA or CN imo, but even then I doubt talent scouts there are looking for NA GC talent of all talents.

However, I do think she could fry in T2.

Tldr; flor is good but not good enough to merit a T1 duelist position, due to the oversaturation of duelists in T1, yet.

i think it's very hard to argue that flor's mechanics don't live up to franchised, however (like a lot of people have said) valorant tier 1 is at a stage where a strong mechanical foundation simply isn't enough anymore

Put Flor on a good team and that team is finishing dead last unless the other players drop 20+ every game lmao. No one is picking up a random t3/t4 player over the actually talented T2 players out there. Just because Flor farms some overpaid T4 gc players doesn't mean a T1/T2 team is picking Flor up.

alright lets say with a 0.00000000000000001% chance florscent has the mechanics whatever enough for T2/T1. GC is the only place where you survive with mechanics only.
T1/T2 needs
-brain (idk being in GC for couple years will provide good brain)
-teamwork (SR was majorly florscent go kill strat. That isn't how duelist works in T1. Might have worked in 2021 but 0 chance in 2025)
-atmosphere adaptation as most are offline (Florscent hated revealing face to public. T1/T2 has bigger crowd than GC)
-trashtalk (with such fragile mentality and being young, flroscent will be less immune to trashtalks)

The reason he was recognized and praised by pro players when he was tier 3 was because of his individual skill and game IQ. Idk completely about her being in tier 1, but her mechanical ability is better than most tier 1 players. She is doing amazing in tier 3, and I definitely think she would do well in tier 2.

Imo if she was as good as players in T1/T2 then she should join a T2 and grind there instead of farming GC then. And if you say she doesn't want to do it since GC pays more then there is no comparison to be had, someone actually willing to grind T2 is a better player period.

we won't know until it happens, sucks that trial season is during the end of regional GC. kind of want to see her try to qualify with a dedicated T2 team or for her to get a spot on an academy roster if any NA team goes for that

Ppl hate but flor has an insane mind, she handles duels and clutches very well.

A key thing to note, playing T1/T2 is completely different than where Flor is at the moment because Flor is shooting at other GC players. Aside from the team setting Flor up, consider that the competition is FAR more competent, and Flor may not shine like Flor does in GC. I'm not saying this to take away from GC at all, but GC is at a FAR lower level than T1/T2 and you see people playing like I see in my NA Imm3 comp games. It's nowhere near as structured as you'd see in T1/T2.

If floor ever makes it to T1 any chat on any vct stream ever will be unbearable
