Tuyz hadn’t played duelist on the professional stage for like 2 years before playing duelist on loud, qck hadn’t played duelist professionally in at least 1 year before playing duelist on loud, and saadhak pretty much never played duelist professionally. Dgzin is literally the only other guy besides aspas that played duelist recently before playing on the big stage on the role lol.

I feel like Phoenix is kinda underrated rn. If played right, you can ult, at worst, every third round on maps like ascent, abyss, haven, pearl, and pretty much ANY map that has attack sided orbs. Basically, farm two orbs -> die -> farm two more orbs -> die -> ult in third round. That's assuming the player is like really bad and can't get any kills at all without ulting. With kills, you can ult like second round in.

keep oxy instead of sym since sym is super inconsistent imo. v1c is decent, so keeping him isn't a terrible idea as well if they can't obtain skuba.

Long story short, they allegedly had "chemistry" issues, which led to Rossy getting the boot. They also did not inform him that he was technically on a trial contract and also did not inform him of the kick until several hours before the final decision. There is speculation on other reasons, but nothing is confirmed further than what is here.

I mean, Rossy to mitch is probably a pretty huge downgrade imo. Besides the drop in firepower, they have no sova player. Xeppa and Mitch have less pro sova games combined EVER than rossy has had in the past 2 months. Secondly, they could've swapped moose for mitch. Moose is decent, but imo rossy is objectively better. Rossy is fragging heavy while igling, was one of the better players on t1, and proved that he was worth it. Why is the solution kicking arguably their best (or second best) player when Rossy can easily flex into literally any other role besides Oxy's? Like sure, his igling might not be the greatest in terms of chemistry, but surely the solution is to... make him not igl and drop someone that is mechanically weaker than him for mitch no??

With fishychair, the guardian is at least comparable to the other rifles. The bulldog is like a phantom but worse, and you only get value from adsing, which is not very beneficial because it lowers movement speed and makes dueling harder.

Lowkey I could see a world where they ban ascent. DFM has lost every ascent game this event except against PRX when PRX were using the sage deadlock comp.

I think vitality should be lower because, while they have a lot of potential, sayf’s igling isn’t proven yet. I’d be down to put them in S if they fry their first few games, but not yet ykwim.

I'm pretty sure he can, but there's just better options on his team when it comes to those agents in particular.

I feel like you're kinda ignoring my point. My point is that if teams ran their comps in the off season, they would get anti strated by virtue of there being footage. Yes, teams can get footage from scrims, but it is a lot more limited and allows them to keep the comp and strats on the down low. Of course they prac in scrims, but in scrims, there is virtually no chance of the comp or strategies being leaked outside that small cohort of people (especially if they scrim with t2 teams).

Well, it's not too bad and he recently made the switch. Besides, if it doesn't work, he can still bank on his gekko (which is pretty good) or fade (I vaguely remember him learning it at some point).

Of course, personally, I would love to see:
Jinggg - raze
forsaken - yoru
davai - cypher
mindfreak - omen
something - sova/gekko/fade

Raze is most likely going to stay meta on split, but I think that yoru instead of the jett could be an interesting switch. The triple duelist comp (which was frankly overcooked) showed that yoru had a lot of potential on split. Furthermore, KC's double duelist comp with the yoru further showed that it can be good. I could yap a lot more about this comp, but I feel like you can get the vibe from this.

Yeah, but if they are going to run Reyna on any map, it should have been haven imo. They had a really cooking abyss comp with the phoneix (and I am a huge believer of the jinggg phoenix), so I assume they were just testing stuff out to see what would happen because this abyss comp with the reyna is lowkey buns.

Yes, that is exactly my point. They're going to practice other comps in scrims. The problem with running comps here is that it gives other teams more material to work with. Also, revealing that you are going to be using one of THE oldest split comps that has been studied to hell and back is probably very very stupid. Imagine if Loud ran their ascent phoneix comp during the off season. I would almost guarantee that teams would tear Loud apart pretty much immediately.

Right now, they are just experimenting with role changes (primarily putting Jinggg on other agents besides raze and sage). If a team is pulling up with a comp they will genuinely use in the main season during the off-season, they low-key need to reconsider their choices.

it's off season, why would they reveal any comp they would have? That's why they ran reyna on a few maps that they definitely shouldn't have.

Hot take: PRX. while jinggg was streaming last year, he said that they expected to face FNC and thus had anti prepped, which got foiled when EG won. Alecks had no analyst/coach team besides him so he needed to gamble. If they went against each other, PRX would 100% put up a good fight.

I remember watching a pro say that T2 is arguably mechanically weaker than ranked (at the highest level obviously) because in ranked you go against T1 players. So it isn’t really a shock that Rankers perform at a high level since they are mechanically strong anyway.

He could also be played on abyss since the orbs are very atk sided. Pretty much any map with atk sided orbs means that he could see play tbh.

It’s kind of where your strengths lie. Biology is more if you know it, you know it, while physics is more application based. Also, biology is you take this general concept (like photosynthesis) and expand on it. Physics is you have this formula that is built on this other formula which is built on this other concept (basically, you HAVE to know and solidify your fundamentals, but if they’re strong, it isn’t that much more difficult that biology). You also have to consider what you can do with either (and remember you have ~2 years after high school to figure it out). Personally, I loved bio (which is why I’m going to be majoring in it next fall), but I also took physics and it wasn’t too bad.

Edit: Forgot to mention, physics is A LOT of math (especially calculus). Biology still has math obviously, but definitely a lot less and also a lot less advanced.

I agree too, but lowkey I think he's trolling. No one in their right mind would say "nerf kayo" with a straight face. I think he is satirizing all the people screaming to nerf neon using pick rate as evidence (essentially, if you're going to complain about her, don't use pick rate to say she's broken because there are plenty of other agents with similar pick rates, yet no one complains that they are broken).

edit: I'm looking closer, and he's definitely satirizing the people calling to nerf neon. Clearly, he's mocking them by repeating what they say: "Neon is picked so much by off season teams, so she must be broken!" and showing evidence that neon is not the most picked agent by a long shot AND that there are agents that are picked more.

He can play cypher, brimstone, and killjoy, which is more than enough for a sentinel main tbh. His viper is kinda eh, but it shouldn't be too hard to teach him. Idk why t1 tried him on omen, considering that it is vastly different from what he is used to.
