Champions 2024 features an altered team distribution in comparison to 2023, with the Last Chance Qualifier system giving way for the introduction of Championship Points and VCT China's international league launch.
Four teams from each region qualified for Champions. Seeding was based off each region's top-three placing teams in Split 2 Playoffs, while the fourth and bottom seed were chosen among the non-qualified teams who had amassed the most points from victories throughout the 2024 season.
Champions is set to take place from August 1 to 25 in Seoul's COEX Artium and INSPIRE Arena. The latter will host the event's final three days of play.
