there's no doubt that brazilian Valorant seems to be having a crisis, with the rumours that LOUD are currently imploding, along with FURIA and MIBR both looking terrible so far this season. this has got me thinking about some things: why is this happening, and how can it be fixed?

i wouldn't be surprised of homesickness was a major factor, similarly to last year. but given that the LATAM teams haven't had this issue, there must be more to it. lack of firepower has also been brought up before (especially when talking about MIBR), but Brazil has a huge T2 talent pool (i assume), and yet, barely anyone seems from T2 seems to make it through. this brings me to what i think is the biggest problem with Brazil rn: bad roster management. instead of letting talent come and go, we're mostly just watching the same ~15 players get shuffled around among the orgs; chemistry is super low or even nonexistent (looking at you, FURIA), and even the coaching feels like it's not being done to fit the team, if at all.

with this in mind, i have a few questions to ask for those of you who know more about this situation: is this a valid assessment? what do you think are the problems? and how do you think they can be solved?
