Receta tortilla de patata:
Ingredientes:
Patatas: 4 patatas medianas (aproximadamente 400 g)
Cebolla: 1 cebolla grande (aproximadamente 100 g)
Huevos: 6 huevos
Aceite de girasol: 300 ml
Sal y pimienta: al gusto
Equipo necesario:
Sartén grande
Cuchillo y tabla de cortar
Espumadera
Bol para batir los huevos
Cuchara de madera
Instrucciones:
Pela y corta las patatas en rodajas finas y la cebolla en juliana.
En una sartén grande, agrega suficiente aceite de girasol para cubrir las patatas y la cebolla y ponlas a fuego medio.
Es importante que las patatas se cocinen a fuego medio-bajo para que queden tiernas y no se quemen.
Revuelve de vez en cuando para que las patatas y la cebolla se cocinen de manera uniforme.
Una vez que las patatas y la cebolla estén suaves y doradas, retíralas de la sartén con una espumadera y colócalas en un plato con papel absorbente para eliminar el exceso de aceite.
Mezcla todo hasta que los ingredientes estén bien distribuidos y sazona con sal y pimienta al gusto.
Calienta una sartén mediana a fuego medio-alto y agrega un poco de aceite de girasol.
