Let me preface this by saying that:

I am basing this off of either confirmed moves and Rockets latest spreadsheet.
I don't know much about t2 talent in other regions. I'm basing my rankings off the players I know and what I've seen of the teams so I'm sorry if I'm really under-ranking your teams.
China I'm not gonna do cuz I genuinely don't know any of the teams besides EDG FPX and TEC.
This is stupidly hard to rank some teams so I'll put a tier gap to show where I think the teams are

100t, im biased cuz i love the team and v1 used to be my fav team and having zander on 100t is a dream come true(wish bang stayed though but it's okay cuz overlapping roles)
koi and navi yeah i probably overrated but this year is so hard to rate
geng kept their igl, cracked duelist, and cracked smokes player, along with their coaching staff. i have full confidence in geng finding a new meteor and lakia
prx def shoudlnt be at number 2. idk why. im not even that big of a fan of them

prx got third after geng and drx
geng still has three of their players and one of the ones they lost was the dead weight l0kia
drx and t1 are rebuilding and potentially upgrading
zeta and dfm actually look promising
if rrq and talon can utilize their talent well, those teams could make waves too
and fucking ge could start qualifying for internationals the way things are looking
prx has some very real struggles incoming

Overall not a bad tierlist. The only thing I would change is PRX with either DRX (biased) because I feel like PRX in their last few games looked not that good and with the likely hood they're not going to be changing their roster, I am not that confident they'll be as good as they were before. DRX has a lot of potential to be insanely good, idk much about their recent signings but from what I heard, they are promising talent.

no yeah i totally agree. my confidence in prx has fallen off quite a bit. they're still a great team, but putting them in number 2 is quite ambitious. idk who freeing and hyumin are, but t1 look fucking stacked as hell so putting drx at 2 is a bit of a stretch but i could see it

Freeing solo carried his team in Chinese ascension to gf and hyunmin was dropping nukes in T2 Japanese valorant. However, I do agree that putting them in second is ambitious. They're almost certainly going to suffer from role issues again.

? where did i say that. she took 5 mid players in 2023 and elevated them to the top. we also saw signs of her ability last year too, although not as high. what yay needs is a good team centered around him and a coach that will help him individually

i would say at least a top 7 personally for LOUD

I think that DRX is going to be either a trophy-winning roster or just do bad. either or. we don't know DRX's official 5th yet (could be IGLl), but if not MaKo can still IGL and he's been doing decent so far. He's not gonna be prime 2022 MaKo while IGLing, but it's sufficient enough. Flashback Hyunmin and free1ng in terms of firepower might be the best in APAC. DRX is known to always make LANs and do decent in them so this roster will either win or fail.

IF Aspas stays with LEV, they will go undefeated in Americas. Their double duelist comp with Demon1 will go crazy if they make it meta.

potter is the fucking goat. she took 5 nobodies and transformed them into world champions and runner ups to the best team itw at the time. she then took 5 budget players(no hate towards derrek) and actually did a decent job with them. they showed signs of life and could've made playoffs if they improved sooner.

what yay has been lacking is a proper coach who will take time to put in the work that is needed to regain yays confidence. potter is that coach.(no hate to legija btw)

mark my words, yay will be a new man by the end of next year
