Whole team needs a rebuild. People criticize PRX for trying to play super meta but they forget that when they were playing their usual style it looked bad too. Any progress to change is undone when the roster feels like they need to revert back to old comps and ideas. Ultimaterly it is better for PRX to resume their legacy of innovating and aggressive play with a new roster with new ideas and skills.

Loud or PRX

I think EMEA is the 2nd best out of all the regions. But if we are talking about the winning a trophy, it comes down if the cream of the crop can clear the best teams of each region. That goes to say I don't think the best EMEA team can totally clear T1 or G2.

So many promising upcoming korean players. DRX were cooking and a lot of people doubted them.

English not his first language so give him some slack.

Xenom is insane man

posted 3 weeks ago

It just didn't work out. Verno looks solid on mibr and brawk looked great as a replacement.

posted 3 weeks ago

Objectively would put him C tier. Would consider B tier if he gets his confidence back with LEV but willl consider A tier if he gets a trophy.

posted 3 weeks ago

A really weird road for him to get to franchising but I get why 2G picked him. He's flexible, played on lan, and is not a huge risk (you know what you are getting).

He is a good player but not the best player for NOVA

it was my first skin so thats why im fond of it.

Phantom: Oni (White and blue variant)
Vandal: Champs 2021

Fragwise massive upgrade but would not make sense for this roster. They seem like they can work together but just need to refine their play.

posted 2 months ago

Leaning on his experience more than anything else, but I do agree that experience does not guarentee success. NRG does seem like the type of org that is not too interested in developing talent. Only reason we see Verno and mada is because FNS lowkey wants those players in his team.

posted 2 months ago

We can only speculate tbh. Fans been psychoanalyzing Verno's NRG vid and are concluding that it has something to do with his personality

posted 2 months ago

Another example of NRG's rosters looking good on paper but not panning out.

posted 2 months ago

i think as an individual he is a good player. Not a lot of Pros are still around since 2020 and playing in franchise rn.

posted 2 months ago

Nah don't disrespect Leo like that.

posted 2 months ago

All equally valid points. Still going 3rd in kickoff is a huge step up from expectations since there are a couple of teams in Americas that seem to be put together last minute (who perform poorly)

posted 2 months ago

They built fucking exodia in france. Locked in for paris

posted 2 months ago

out of all the rosters this one is the most exciting to watch

posted 2 months ago

keiko is such a good player

Back to Back champs?

posted 2 months ago

fair but lowkey teams be cooking with these new comps

posted 2 months ago

Really hard to tell the strength of Americas since it feels like anybody could win ngl

esports still in their collar era

from what I heard it might be related to the SOOP Riot agreement for tier 2

I'm all here for an Asuna comeback .

posted 2 months ago

I agree. Really cool roster they have and much more interesting to watch than Loud.

posted 2 months ago

Def needs some refining but her raw skill is great

posted 2 months ago

2022 Loud for sure.

posted 2 months ago

fr which is why I am not as excited about Loud this year.

posted 2 months ago

Solid day. Really cool to see Saadhak and Ange1 face off tho.

Avez tier1 debut was insane fr

Here's what I think: Natank on duelist , Tex can flex, initiator c0m, King on senti, and demon1 on smokes (maybe throw in a jett game here and there). They can double initiator tejo (com and tex), vyse deadlock (tex and king), double duelists (natank demon1) with king on smokes and natank on senti. Issue is this puts a lot of pressure on tex and king since they are not playing on their "premium roles"

Looking like a solid year for M80

posted 2 months ago

I dunno I think its fun to see how these rosters work considering they have some well known players as imports in that league.

posted 2 months ago

They look much better than last year and they haven't hit their ceiling yet.

posted 2 months ago

W move. So much young talent in that region

posted 2 months ago

DSG didn't really understand the nature of the league with the SOOP contract so its partial blame on them. Orgs should know what type of league they are going to participate (as a rule of thumb). BUT all flame on Riot for not doing a good job on informing these orgs about this deal and how it affects them. Ultimately the players suffer the most from this ordeal and something must be done to avoid this.

posted 2 months ago

Thats true. I think its cool Americas happens in the Riot arena (similar to LCS). It's just sucks to see LATAM and Brazil not getting some of the glory yk

posted 2 months ago

LATAM seems like a great place to host Americas. Think it will give the region more of an identity regarding promotional material and we did have a solid ascensions finals at Monterrey. Relatively safe city for foreigners and is a great compromise for location. Issue is they need to announce a move like this really early to make sure these teams find housing and the legal paperwork for this.

posted 2 months ago

Agreed. Hard to sustain that if you play more than 3 ranked games.

posted 2 months ago

Realistically, ranked is not the place to be some big brain IGL so I suggest being an emotional leader and be OBSERVANT. Encourage people to ask for help, set people up to build trust, and make the comms open and welcoming.

Bro is one of the best Thai players and was part of a team that brought Thailand to the international stage. One of the few support players that can win out clutches.

posted 3 months ago

Def was hesitant to jump on the hype but turn out its a fun game. For me tho it feels like a game you would jump on occasionally if you have a group.

posted 3 months ago

T1 is a pretty hype org so to see them form a team of known respected korean talent is a good thing for those fans

Regionally, Heretics is in a good place.
