i don't know much about the rest of the school, but ohio state's chemistry program is top 20 in the country tied with hopkins. and im going as a chem major so its an option for me. im from pa so i've been surrounded by Pennstate my entire life and i do not want to go there. also the campus and location isnt really my style.

yuh. chem major wbu

posted 2 hours ago

ay sounds good. in case we both end up going to rutgers i would be down to exchange social medias or smth

posted 2 hours ago

that sounds so cool! whats your major?

posted 2 hours ago

ayy. i also got accepted to psu as well. do you live in pa or applied from out of state?

posted 2 hours ago

have you guys committed to any schools yet? if not, what are your top choices? i personally am thinking about case western, ohio state, or rutgers

El Diablo is dead theres a new king of hell, DEMON1!

so Redgar FNS and Boaster clear all of these guys?

if you're referring to aim training, i have 300+ hours on kovaaks for life time i believe and my peak is immo2 currently dia

edit: i used to kovaaks for fortnite back in 2021-2022 so my valorant aim training hours are farrrr less, but its the fundamentals of mouse control i built

posted 1 day ago

if you have no aim fundamentals you should aim labs or kovaaks, but if you have a decent foundation a few deathmatches should literally be all you need. i haven't aim trained in like a year and my aim has gotten better.

i dont agree with shidou and aspas. shidou can't be dominant without good support, aspas can be dominant no matter what. aspas is more like noel noa. nagi is probably like jawgemo. isagi is alfa (he can adapt to any role and still dominate).

posted 4 days ago

but EVEN further back then DRX was PRX slayer

posted 4 days ago

i dont really think its that deep. current top 10 doesnt have to be based off of like stats or accomplishments. its the way you perceive it. he chose verno because he thinks verno is individually incredibly talented and if he personally thinks verno is top 10, he can say that. i think verno has top 10 potential

posted 5 days ago

none of those teams are top 5. MAYBE kru could be a top 5, but besides that no other team is top 5. mibr even with aspas wont be top 5 ever

posted 5 days ago

yeah but NRG beat ACTUAL good teams. furia beat low trash tier teams including those in franchising

posted 6 days ago

even during prime mako is an interesting take imo

posted 6 days ago

im location. my ethnicity is Korean

posted 6 days ago

aim isn't relevant to what division you are in. i guarantee you some of these ranked players have better aim than your favorite team's best aimer.

posted 1 week ago

i wish i was active during all of that. i was too busy studying for my stat and chem final

posted 1 week ago

FLASHBACK AND VERNO 19 SOON

posted 1 week ago

someone who can individually perform anywhere no matter what team they're on. aspas, jawgemo, derke, meteor, buzz. tends to be duelists

posted 1 week ago

his individual performances at MANY points were top 5in americas worthy

posted 1 week ago

i agree it could happen in the future when there are a lot more agents. right now there is usually one or two of each role in meta, so adding a ban now would make it just terrible.

posted 1 week ago

i personally like garlic parm, but any is good as long as it isnt too spicy.

posted 1 week ago

fs. ill definitely check him out

posted 1 week ago

i really like levius. but besides that i dont know much about CN. thats y i also said off the top of my head

posted 1 week ago

thats a very interesting take from my perspective since flashback is considered from what i know, see, and have heard, drx's strongest player.

posted 1 week ago

how does that remotely even make sense. having an eye for talent isn't just about finding random t3-t2 players from the dust. its just recognizing a level of talent no matter where they're at.

posted 1 week ago

there is literally nothing wrong with that. its something that i believe i have and is backed up statistically. if you don't like what i said just move on.

posted 1 week ago

then dont respond to my thread. i posted this to post my opinion. even if it seems obvious that they're great players, these are players that i think are better than everyone else in t1 right now. and its to generate discussion on the individual players if you would like. if you don't agree please move on

posted 1 week ago

so its a bad thing to list out players that i think are exceptionally great?

posted 1 week ago

i literally said it was off the top of my head. no emea players come in my immediate mind. i never said EMEA doesn't have this level of talent.

posted 1 week ago

i think maybe they meant korean controller genetics?

posted 1 week ago

yeah we do know they're insane. i worded the thread wrong, but i believe that the players ive listed will become the goats in some field one day.

posted 1 week ago

we obviously know they're good, but the players i listed in my opinion will become the goats of the game eventually in their respective regions, role, or the world.

posted 1 week ago

yeah i kinda worded the thread wrong, but i meant more of like "tiers above t1 pros".

posted 1 week ago

yesyes. international. regionals can be very mickey mouse.

posted 1 week ago

i said off the top of my head. this is clearly centered around americas and apac. and i meant this more as a list of players who are tiers above t1 players on average. fb, hyunmin, and persia still need to prove more, but they have the potentia.

posted 1 week ago

may i ask why flashback?

posted 1 week ago

they werent on my mind atm. primmie no doubt has the talent. i just dont see a win anytime soon with his current team and playstyle. he fs has what it takes. same thing with flor. they're both crazy and has capability to be a carry the entire game type of duelist. just held back by the team .

posted 1 week ago

I seem to have a really good eye for talent and in fortnite before I switched to valorant, predicted 5+ FNCS winners and T1 pros. I'm not sure if it will translate into valorant, but I believe that these players Im about to list are players who have never won a trophy + actually are good at the game amongst t1 pros.

leaf
verno
persia
monyet
n4rrate
cauanzin
flashback
hyunmin
(entire SPG roster my goats)

these are just players off the top of my head.

posted 1 week ago

aspas to mibr
demon1 to lev
derke to vit
less to vit
saadhak to KC
jawgemo to g2
bang to sen
n4rrate to sen
buzz to t1
meteor to t1
beyn re-signs w drx
free1ng to drx
hyunmin to drx
cortezia to mibr

just a lot. + more i cant remember

edit: oh also c9 changed like 10 people once again

Probability and Statistics Final Exam
Exam Instructions:
Complete all sections.
Show all work and provide explanations where required.
You may use your TI-84 calculator for computations.
Each section is weighted equally unless otherwise stated.

Unit 1: Organization of Data
Part A: Frequency and Relative Frequency Distributions
Given the data set below, create a frequency and relative frequency table:

Data: 2, 4, 4, 6, 8, 8, 8, 10, 10, 10, 10
Interpret the relative frequency table: What percentage of the data falls below 6?

Part B: Graphs and Charts 3. Create a histogram for the following class limits: 0-5, 6-10, 11-15, 16-20. Use the data: 3, 5, 7, 9, 12, 13, 15, 18, 20.
Draw a circle graph (pie chart) to represent the following distribution:

A: 25%, B: 35%, C: 15%, D: 25%
Construct a stem-and-leaf plot for the following data: 12, 15, 22, 25, 32, 35, 42, 45, 52, 55.

Unit 2: Quantitative Measures
Part A: Measures of Central Tendency 6. Calculate the mean, median, and mode for the data set: 3, 7, 7, 10, 12, 13, 18.
If the mean of a data set is 50 and there are 10 data points, what is the sum of the data values?
Part B: Measures of Dispersion 8. Calculate the range, variance, and standard deviation for the data set: 4, 8, 12, 16, 20.
Part C: Percentiles and Quartiles 9. Find the 25th and 75th percentiles for the data: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20.
Part D: Box-and-Whisker Plots 10. Create a box-and-whisker plot for the data: 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15.

Unit 3: Probability
Part A: Complements, Odds, and Laws 11. If the probability of event A is 0.7, what is the complement of A?
Calculate the odds in favor of rolling a 4 on a standard die.

Determine if the following events are mutually exclusive: Event A = “draw a red card” and Event B = “draw a king.” Justify your answer.

Part B: Conditional Probability 14. A bag contains 3 red marbles and 5 blue marbles. If one marble is drawn at random, what is the probability it is red? If it is not replaced and another marble is drawn, what is the probability it is red?
Part C: Counting Principles 15. How many different ways can 5 books be arranged on a shelf?
A committee of 3 people is to be selected from a group of 10. How many different committees can be formed?

Unit 4: Discrete Probability Distributions
Write a probability table for rolling a standard die.

Use the binompdf function on the TI-84 to calculate the probability of exactly 3 successes in 5 trials where the probability of success is 0.4.

A hypergeometric distribution is defined with N = 20, K = 8, and n = 5. Calculate the probability of exactly 2 successes.

Unit 5: Continuous Probability Distributions
For a normal distribution with mean μ = 50 and standard deviation σ = 5, find the z-score for X = 60.

Calculate the area under the normal curve to the left of z = 1.5.

Find the value of X such that the area to the left under the curve is 0.9 for a normal distribution with μ = 100 and σ = 15.

Unit 6: The Central Limit Theorem
A sample of size n = 50 is drawn from a population with μ = 100 and σ = 20. What is the standard deviation of the sampling distribution?

Use the Central Limit Theorem to find the probability that the sample mean is greater than 105.

Unit 7: Confidence Intervals
Construct a 95% confidence interval for the mean when n = 40, μ = 60, and σ = 10.

For a small sample (n = 15), construct a 90% confidence interval for the mean using a Student’s t-distribution.

If p-hat = 0.6 and n = 100, construct a 99% confidence interval for the population proportion.
