Months later, Nongshim acquired the Sin Prisa organization after they won Pacific Ascension, and yoman was left without a team.

With Gen.G, yoman competed in several OFF//SEASON events, which saw them lift the TEN Valorant Asia Invitational, finish 1st-2nd at Gwangju Esports Series, finish 5th-6th at Radiant Asia Invitational, and reach the grand final of SOOP Valorant League, falling to NRG Esports NRG Esports North America Rank #2 FiNESSE Pujan Mehta s0m Sam Oh brawk Brock Somerhalder mada Adam Pampuch Ethan Ethan Arnold .

In the offseason, yoman's agent pool was restricted mostly to non-flash initiators, with most maps being on Sova.

Once Gen.G entered VCT play at Pacific Kickoff his role continued with an even spread between Sova and Fade. This was a stark contrast to the agent pool of Lakia, who yoman was replacing in the initiator role. While Lakia played the Sova and Fade roles, he also played a high volume of maps on Gekko and Skye, giving Gen.G's agent pool more versatility.

After a 2-0 loss to DRX, Gen.G was knocked down to the lower bracket and reached the lower final, where they fell to eventual Masters Bangkok winners T1 T1 Korea Rank #1 stax Kim Gu-taek (김구택) Meteor Kim Tae-oh (김태오) Sylvan Go Young-sup (고영섭) BuZz Yu Byeong-cheol (유병철) iZu Ham Woo-ju (함우주) . Gen.G will look to bring in a replacement, as there are just under two weeks remaining before their opening match of Pacific Stage 1.
