Not trying to be toxic but buzz does SO much better than foxy9
Perfectly called!
In a Valorant tournament (tier 1, 2, etc.), can you purposefully leave or AFK reliably to get 25 shield on pistol? If so, then would this ever be practical, as you would have 1 less player to push, hold, or retake sites with? I could only imagine this working if the team you are up against is known for aggressively pushing and you could stack a chokepoint with sheriffs and or ghost with util. But because you are down one player, it would put a strain on the rest of the team to frag and/or make plays. But if you had a sentinel on attack, like maybe Killjoy, and they're the lowest fragger on your team, maybe going 1-10 in the second half attacking, could you substitute them for 25 shield to play against maybe ghost headshots? In a scenario where a player can leave for exactly one round to give shield for pistol, would this be practical in a tournament where there is a higher chance to receive chip damage from wallbangs, smoke sprays, and util? I could see there being a less likely chance for this to work in Valorant esports because Tier 1 et cetera rely heavily on team coordination, so having another player is far more practical than 25 shields for the rest of the team.
