These great OCE players only get chance in China and almost zero representation in APAC. Is there even any half decent org in OCE? I mean they had to be really just not good for riot to not give them a chance at all. I mean Maple, autumn, swerl, rdeew and many of the bonk players could easily be a competitive team in APAC fosho.

I think many of you need an explanation for this.
First of all, Swerl is a very good and excellent player, and as someone of my nationality and a fan, I love him.
In the last tournament, Nova didn't use Swerl after kickoff to give him a rest, and then they played really well with Obone, which led to the two players being swapped in Stage 1, giving Swerl time to improve and test the new team.
It's true that Swerl is generally a better player than Obone, but it's not always important to be the better player on teams.
Finally, I have to say that I hope Nova succeeds in Stage 1. In case of problems, they are probably ready to change teams again!

Swerl is promising af, he better get in a good tier 2 team or even another franchised team

Honestly Swerl played well in their first match but after that they couldn't find their footing with him and they did really well without him in the evo series honestly a W move but sad to see none the less

Those who badmouth the organization just want to look down on CN and to see an Australian be the MVP in that region. In spite of being the duelist, he kept getting worse KDAs than his teammates and he even struggled against low-ranked opponents. Controllers, sentinels and initiators are all better at duels than him. Obviously no team needs such a liability.

This is a bit sad, but it makes sense. The org/team see the recent success without him and make a change in order to win. I still think swerl was a bit reason for their success. I hope he stays with NOVA to support his chinese brothers.

I believe the main problem is their IGL o0o0o. Communication should never be a problem after more than one year with NOVA and two years in China. o0o0o's constant low fragging and bad IGLing led SWERL to lack consistency since he is not top-fragging in some maps because of being the hard entry. The solution is swapping SWERL from the hard entry-fragger to a more secondary duelist position.
