Aspas is not stupid.

I see a lot of people saying that Aspas will end up ruining his own career if he leaves LEV, but let's remember that he left Loud, which was in the top 3 Champions at the time, went to LEV and achieved a better result than the Loud team. He predicted that Loud would decline while Lev would be world champion if C0m was not on the team. This guy is a visionary. If he wants to leave, it's because he saw that the team was going to decline and he should be looking for another team that will make the right changes.

Guys, I'm talking about LOUD 2024 X LEV 2024. I'm not fluent in English, so the text may have been confusing.

Aspas won’t ruin his career if he leaves LEV but if he joins bleed with crazyguy they will flop way harder than LOUD did this year

Aspas would’ve probably been a 2 time world champion if he wasnt oping for 5 rounds in a row up 11-8

Why would he go to this Bleed? I don't understand this rumor. Was it on Twitter?

11-8 and he killed KangKang in the first second of the round. He was winning the middle of the map alone for LEV. And man, it's not Aspas who decides whether to play OP or not, that's IGL's call and the coach's strategy. They had a lot of time to work the round, but they decided to rush the stacked bomb and lost all the exchanges. This map was completely Kingg's fault with his horrible calls.

You love taking things out of context. This is the third time you've done this to me. When I say that C0m made it difficult for Lev to become world champion, it's obviously a general analysis, because C0m didn't fit well into the team and had a bad year. Now if we're going to talk about Abyss against EDG in 11x8, I blame Kingg for his bad decisions.

General analysis doesn’t matter when we are solely talking about champions and he has become way better past the shanghai disaster, levs playstyle was wonky but made it work anyways

You're right about him historically speaking, but at this point it's more about where his destination is, like what team can he join which will:

A) be able to afford his buyout (and pay aspas the amount he is content with/deserves)
B) build a champs winning roster

prx

i would fw this move heavy but prx are a relatively small org, so they'd really be betting everything on aspas (tbf he is reliable)

Idk about the buyout, because LEV can't just hold him. If he says, I don't want play, Lev will have to put him on the bench, paying his salary every month which shouldn't be cheap, while they will have to find another player. So they will definitely make a proposal that is good for both of them, if that is the case.

Fair point, but LEV 2024 did NOT do better than LOUD 2023, bro

Top 3 Champs 2024 = Top 3 Champs 2023
LEV and LOUD did the same.

Better than Loud 2024. he predicted Loud getting worse.

Do you think maybe Louds performance could’ve possibly been impacted by one of their core players leaving? But who could that have been… mhm… no surely not

#33

idk if you remember, but Loud beats Lev in the begging of the year. so... they still a strong team, but they couldn't maintain the level.

1st third: LOUD > LEV
2nd third: LOUD ≈ LEV
3rd third: LOUD = LEV

so I think its unfair to say it's equal, I think Loud edges out LEV

im talking about 2024 since the beginning. Loud 2024 x Lev 2024.

Oh I see, fair enough then. The way you worded it initially made it seem like you were comparing 2023 LOUD to 2024 LEV

Loud declined and did worse precisely because Aspas left, he didn’t magically predict shit

fuck you mean did better lil bro
top 2 at lock in + americas league + embarrased at masters + top 3 at champs vs
didn't qualify for m1 + embarrased at m2 + only one americas league and same champs finish
i'd argue he did the same if not worse

He's ruining his career by thinking he has the power to request roster moves as a player.

#24

When did he do that

#29

But you have to do that. He isn't wrong. If you think someone isn't fit in the team, you have to talk with the staff, and the staff have to make decisions. If the Staff thinks you are wrong, you can just disagree and leave the team (if possible). His contract is until the end of the next year, so if the team doesn't let him go, he has to play the next season. If he decides not to play, he will be wrong.

Aspas was FA when he went to Lev, he could choose. Now he can’t, or at least his options are very limited

Aspas can go to any team with decent or shitty players and still perform. Any team with big money will all try to grab him. All he needs is atleast 2 good players on that team and they can win a trophy. He is smart but also confident, and anywhere he goes he will be admired and appreciated.
I think he will stay in the Americas, but I would love to see him join PRX and play with Jinggg as well.
Anywhere Aspas goes, he will be fine and do fine. Let's all be real. And he won't just join any random team that won't make sense to him.
I'd love to see Aspas with Demon1 or Jinggg, or even his old LOUD teammates.

IDK if you are from portugal, but if you are, you can understand portuguese and probably know Aspas isnt dumb.. People really think he goes to some team with tier 2 players lmao. If he wants leave LEV, of course he wants a team at least able to win regional VCT.

bro people said the same thing when he left loud, they said he would never play well away from home or would ruin his career and he proved them wrong. people have to understand that this guy is completely insane, he raises the aura of the team just like at loud and lev

#37

Exactly. And he can only look around, if he doesn't get a good team, he can still play for LEV.
