We can swap the roles and players or whatever but i don't think it will fix the problem.
I totally agree with what mini said the other day on Twitter coaches are stronger on some maps and weak on others. you can say the players just aren't playing the way they're supposed because they're uncomfortable on roles but why does it work on fracture? Because prx allways been good on fracture they have set plays they understand the rotation and it's because alecks is strong on that map. For the longest time i thought it was an org decision that we have only 1 coach but today alecks in an interview before the game made it clear that he want to work alone which i don't understand.

I mean you are just saying this as recency bias it's been balanced the last 2 years in 2023 prx and zeta made it to champs and in 2024 talon and prx made it this year kr is dominanting but it's only the beginning of the year and the others will catch up

he looked good on tejo but it's a simple agent so not a surprise his omen play is decent but he misplaced some smokes and miss timed a couple but overall was the best next to forsaken
D4V4I: probably a hot take but i think he is the weakest link rn he always been a flash initiator player amazing on skye and kayo because he can use his util to make plays but when he is on info initiator he tries to force these plays even tho his util isn't the best for also since champ last year him and something were the most disconnected from the team play something is getting better at it tho
The org and team seems to think its a role issues and that is why they are getting patmen .
I personally disagree imo it's an igl and coaching style issue they should add a strategy coach with alecks and for players swap i believe the plan rn is mindfreak out and jinggg to smoke will see how this works .
But at the end of the season if it doesn't work they would have six players if patmen does well they should keep him with forsaken and mindfreak replace one of something and jinggg and replace d4v4i with an igl (if they cut something importing is probably better).

I am not saying alecks is a bad coach or he needs to be replaced i think he is very important for the team but if you look at every successful team they always have minimum two people in the coaching staff and it's clearly not working being a single coach I think adding another coach could help bring some structure and another perspective of playing the game .
Alot of top coaches don't have a team rn .
Imo chet or doombros could be a nice signing because both of them worked with very experienced igls that could help forsaken with his calling too.
