That's an insane stat. Probably because they got crushed on lotus and every player dropped a stinker on 1 map. But that just shows that when someone wasn't performing the others stepped up and got the win. For G2, JonahP and leaf had stinkers after stinkers and the rest 3 had to carry and they almost did... that 1 bullet that valyn shot at meteor at match point in a 1v1 post plant in split.... had it been a headshot it would've been over for them. 2 more instances where g2 would've won had they been lucky was when sylvan stuck that defuse and g2's sprays did not hit him and when that 1v2 by stax when the score was 9-11 was crazy as well... I wouldn't say g2 "choked" they were just unlucky at that moment and tbf they were lucky af as well especially on abyss. It's crazy how the world works. 1 missed chance, 1 unlucky shot and you loose. Tough indeed. Anyways I think it was very fair that t1 won... the people who are calling t1 a "mickey mouse" winner just can't get themselves to accept the truth.

Stax could've won the bonus on split 1st half. It was unlucky. People just focusing on G2 unlucky rounds because they lost. We would've gotten ao many posts about T1 unlucky rounds of they lost. Also valyn's calls in pearl OT were bad. Their attack is so much better than those constant A hits. I wohld say that was the main reason they lost.
Tbh i wouldn't call them unlucky rather they were very dam lucky jawgemo got them the 1v4 abyss ace to keep them in the game that round loss could have meant victory for t1 on abyss, jawgemo clutched 1v2 on split and then the next round trent got lucky at 1v2 with them again lining up, trent also got lucky somewhat not completely in the lotus initial rounds 1v3 where his guardian shot wall banged to give him a headshot, their luck rather ran out later as match went by where they couldn't win such clutches, also G2 should have won the 5v3, 12-10 scoreline on pearl where they were on full buy and t1 had a scrappy buy, but somehow it ends being a 2v2 and trent is overconfident and peaks and dies to make it a 1v2 for jonah
Yeah and that's how t1 actually won, it was pretty understandable cause edg also won against G2 fracture the same way , they played muddy and chaotic which is contrary to the calculated gameplay G2 plays, they were like we are gonna always flood in and create chaos and not even give you enough time to plant cause quite apparently G2 does fumble a lot when it comes to playing chaotic situations and quite honestly dragging g2 to play in the mud was the only way t1 could win
