Why do you support a team in VAL?

Is it because of players or because of org? (Could be a bit of both but what’s it more inclined towards?)

Was in a trash headspace and during the DRX v FURIA game at Champs Istanbul when DRX were down 12-4 I decided that if DRX could come back I could too, and my goat Rb carried them back to win-then they went and got 3rd with my goat Rb carrying and ive loved him ever since.

Started with 100T because of the org and grew to like the players. Damwon, DFM, Scarz, all for the orgs. PRX, GE (rip), MIBR (rip), for the players. Various other teams here and there usually because of players

I saw that AG signed the ASE core and I was hooked after seeing that their kickoff run could've gone very differently if some things didn't happen. Ego's a pretty humble individual & I like the longevity behind his system. It's very easy for me to like the teams he works with, especially since this year was clearly a proof of concept for him and his structure.

Mix of both. I like G2 cause I liked The Guard and Leaf. I like DRG originally because of their silly logo and then I learned how the team works with vo0kashu and I thought it was really funny

PRX - I got so much into vct watching after watching their bind vs nrg in Tokyo , before I didn't watch much, their complete W gaming style intrigued me .
GenG- Got pacific their first trophy and looked good.
GE- I am Indian so self explanatory.
Heretics - I fell in love with each and every player of this team since I started watching them from stage 1, like everyone boo , miniboo, riens, woot and Benjyfishy especially.

I usually cheer for any team that does something different ( like not picking jett-omen-kayo-sova-killjoy), for underdogs, and for brazilians.

I go with any team entertain me. Not lucky teams who get kills through smokes

Fokus bcs Eligella and bcs its an big german Org which can actually make it to vct if their game managers make more competent decisions (their rosters where fire but they made weird decisions besides that and they assembled the roster too late + some random changes)

I fell in love with Team Liquid because they were the first team I watched, and I really like Jamppi (ik he left).
I later started supporting EDward Gaming because they were pioneering the region I follow the most (CN). Also, Kangkang's plays are so captivating.
I will always support DSYRE because I live in Italy

Started following sentinels when i first watched the scene during early 2021 because i recognized Sinatraa and Zombs on the team (i was an overwatch enjoyer at the time). So, i just kept following them. They were fun to watch and i haven’t stopped following them sense. I have tried to cheer for other teams but i have never felt the same cheering for other teams

I started supporting Zeta because they always clears to brawl stars (I played this game the most before Valorant).Then I found out about their run in Reykjavik and started supporting them. I hope next year will be better than this.
I was completely shocked after the first EDG match in Tokyo.I really liked their play there (and personally ZmjjKK). Since then I have hoped that the day would come when they would be recognized along with all of China.And a week ago this happened)))

i like edg because of the players. if a team has players i like, i'll support them, but if those players go somewhere else i'll support where they go

started with gambit cause i loved nats and chron and I liked their playstyle although many people call it boring. then after they disbanded( they were a russian org) I started supporting m3c for 2022 but they didn't really do well so I switched between optic and loud fr a while and then didn't watch VCT In 2022. in 2023 i supported FNC cause chronicle and i liked PRX as well. in 2024 i loved the new GenGs playstyle and how fun the players were(like sexture for example), i supported FNC as my second team.during playoffs i supported EDG cause they looked good and i liked the story behind them.

100T because my friend in college that got me into esports was a 100T LCS fan (big aphromoo fan), we would hang out and watch party the games on weekends during the Spring 2018 split. Cheering for them kind of stuck and that's who I've primarily cheered for in any game they've competed in since.

I saw a vid about Tokyo 2023 by Teets I think, one player stood out amazingly to me: Jinggg
