both exy (dplus jail lol) and shiro are consistent, but they will be a run-of-the-mill controller in t1

personally I believe mf isn't doing too good rn, but comparing him to rest of prx is a bit unfair

exy: similar results if not worse, but comms and synergy/vibes won't flow as smooth
shiro: comms + synergy might be better than exy, but mf still edges him
