Weight lifting and no intense cardio . This is in imo the best way to lose weight sustainably which is to do the gym lifting and walk 8-9k steps a day. Make these 2 your non-negotiables and you'll be way ahead of the curve in 6 months. Also do a little research on your diet like what your maintenance calories is and eat under that maintenance in order to promote fat loss. All the best!
