i lost 1.3kg in one day by doing it. if my weight gets over 57 i just dont bring lunch to school and it keeps it low
nah not eating is very bad for tour health and things like energy levels, nutrition and just getting important nutrients into your body. this would be a last resort option
if your diet (minerals, micro and macro nutrients), are unbalanced, you'll get health problems. Also, eating less, will get u in a low energy mode.
i eat well when i do eat, just dont eat meals sometimes and never eat snacks
when ppl want a crazy physique, they put up a lot of weight then cut it down through weightlifting, you pretty much skipped what a lot of ppl consider the hardest part so I recommend you do some weightlifting instead of cardio since you burn fat through both anyways.
The best way to lose weight is by certain diets. Doesn't need to be crazy, just eat less sweets and more healthy stuff. Obviously that's just the start tho. If you didn't exercise before and started all of a sudden for weight loss you will feel more hungry and subconsciously eat more anyways, the best way to lose weight is to intentionally eat healthy and cut the junk

Weight lifting and no intense cardio . This is in imo the best way to lose weight sustainably which is to do the gym lifting and walk 8-9k steps a day. Make these 2 your non-negotiables and you'll be way ahead of the curve in 6 months. Also do a little research on your diet like what your maintenance calories is and eat under that maintenance in order to promote fat loss. All the best!
