There has been a few more updates on the situation.
Since most people probably don't know, FiveK was in a team called F4Q (an amateur team) with a few pro players you might recognize (most have made a name for themselves earlier in Valorant). The team doesn't have any sponsors, so they had to take some sponsored events as F4Q and as streamers. However, he took all of that money for himself. The other people on the team has been reimbursed for some of the bigger contracts by the company. FiveK also failed to pay his portion of the rent (they were rooming together for awhile), and he also barely paid for any of the team expenses even though he was the one who made the team and was the leader of it.
You can translate the video to get a rough idea , but the person currently acting as a frontman for the situation has a video uploaded on his youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LvcOvjTMXP4). Jenn also added a few words at the end. It broke my heart.
