fns, its fns watch the haven map from nrg vs giants and rounds giants were supposed to win were taken away from them by fns making basically perfect calls, the call to hide on ct corner saved them a 3v5 round (fns got 3 there but even if he didnt crashies couldve won that round for them)

Agreed. I think that's part of their respective qualities. While FNS is a beast at reading the enemy team, Saadhak is the most versatile IGL on the game due to the variety of agents he plays (and his good with them).

People saying FNS, saadhak , angel the best due to the recent performances but they forget that the best strats come from boaster. They are unlucky to win a major tournament and boaster doesn't has the best attributes of an igl but he is pre- round+ plus mid round calling is as good as the best.

Boaster had to micro manage his previous teammates and because of that his mid round calling was shit but it's improved very much in LOCK IN and now You can see his fraging potential as well. I'm not saying he is the best but he is top 3

my opinion has changed quite a bit, boaster's mid rounding seems very good currently even if we dont account for him having 4 other top tier players but putting that aside, fnc and boaster just have very strict gameplans and they have a very certain way on how the round should go and this helps boaster not have to make too many calls coz the rounds dont get scrappy meanwhile a lit of what nrg does fails and fns has to constantly make adjustments and changes BUT boaster has definitely stepped up his game, his mid rounding and info retaining and the ability to just read a set strat or trap play that their opponent has going on is immaculate but i still think fns is just miles ahead of everyone interms of pure game knowledge and the ability to adapt on the fly and not waver even during highpressure situations (which boaster struggles with imo but thats why mini is there to help him)

I love how in valorant you can clearly see the impact the igl has on the game. It usually happens mid round but the reason NRG look so dominant aside from first map is cause igl diff.
