Currently watching Platchat and Sliggy mentioned that there's a pacific team/players who he didnt want to named drop it on stream (letting riot to handle it) who deliberately "Cheat" by putting their headset off position so they can hear the stage/caster for info, he said that he saw it when he does pacific VODs review.

And from this interview ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4a1pJSLdT0M ) with RRQ HC Jovi, He said that its frustating that there's a certain player in the league who didnt wear their headset properly + his concern of korean caster being too loud that they can hear it even with the noise cancelling headset.

Any guesses/Opinion?

I think you're confused bro.
Yes, Sliggy said that it was SIMILAR in CS, but when he said hes not gonna name any names and i quote "If you watch the player cams" on the podcast, he was definitely talking about VAL, specificly the pacific matches because he said at the beginning of the segment that he was doing VOD reviews for some of the pacific matches plus with the context of jemkin + coach jovi complaint on X's, after match interviews and normal interviews.
