Well it's the snowball meta. And most teams in 2026 are good at snowballing. Basically pistol rounds have been the most important they have ever been. So there are lots of one sided maps.
Almost every match being fun is a stretch lol. Also wolves underdog run and fnc prx matchups made Toronto way more fun for me.
Swiss was too ass. Even playoffs haven't been that fun in terms of games. Lot of stomped maps. Also many new orgs or non clouted teams and players so not that much hype surrounding them.
It's mainly just the games not being as fun. I think the meta is getting stale too. Snowball is one of the reason games aren't as fun. It's not as bad as kickoff but there is still so much snowball.

The current meta is starting to get boring too for me and yeah as you said lot of boring games despite the good matchups. Also it's like everyone is starting to play or try playing the same way so it's boring for me cause there is no big outlier aside from nrg. Main reason is boring games tho for me.
How high does this masters rank for you in terms of entertainment compared to past masters? Finals still left so that might change my ranking but low-key this master has been quite boring overall. Swiss stage was so ass and playoffs for me haven't been that fun.

Getting boring slowly. Need more variety. I liked the last champs meta more if yoru was bit nerfed.

But mada plays every dive duelist to a very high level. That's insanely impressive. He is the most complete duelist for some time now. Best overall duelist. Noone is saying he is best neon. And even then rn he has been the 2nd best neon as well at least according to stats.
Who said mada can't do the same? It's just nrg doesn't play around mada neon like ns does for dambi. Dambi is still bit better on neon but mada is insane as well. 0.28fkpr in this event so far is crazy good.
Jingg is mid at neon but Prx is so shit at playing around it too tho. It's like G2 with that corrode neon. No proper setups and protocols. Just sending neon like a drone.
