cyber bullying on vlr

I have started to notice a lot of cyber bullying on this site. Constantly downvoting people’s post and telling them to leave the site is cyber bullying. We need to put an end to this epidemic that is cyber bullying. Mods need to start enforcing stricter rules. No more name calling or saying mean things.
