Only $35mil from team bundles AND champs bundles.
Meanwhile cs raised $210mil for teams at Paris major from sticker capsules.
Very interesting…

every event has open and closed qualifiers hosted, it does favour legacy orgs, however tier 2 teams have a higher chance to attend events ( due to load management from tier 1) and knowing there will be different formats like Blast Rivals with 32 teams, plenty of teams will get rated, will get more tier 1 exposure therefore improving their team's level.
Don't even need your own money. You can just get the weekly case drops by just playing the game, sell them for money and buy sticker capsules during sale from this money. What's crazy is after the sticker sale ends, the capsules rise in price so you can end up selling them for even more money. Valve has built a fucking infinite money glitch for themselves and the players.
a. Most capsule are around 30usd a pop (correct me if im wrong i dont remember VP prices well), whilst you can get sticker capsules on sales for about 30 cents a pop. its alot more easier to buy a sticker capsule, than to make a commitment to buying a vct capsule
b. There is alot more incentive to get a capsule because it is gambling. dont get the sticker you want on the first try, oh well just buy another one, its cheap anyways. vct capsules you buy once and you get what you want
c. Most people will really only get one vct capsule at most to support their favourite, meanwhile there is an entire segment of the community in cs who just collect items and stickers, so of course they are gonna whale and try to get all the shiny holos and gold stickers for each team
