I felt this first hand that They are highly biased . Someone was being racist and shit talking my country, they were from US . I said something about US and I was banned and my posts were deleted and not his where he dropped the racist remark.

This might sound offensive but These things only comes to mind when you have too much free time on hand or are procrastinating/ not doing what you know you should be doing . If you actually do something productive progressively you won't think of such things.
I had always palm gripped my mouse but knew that claw grip was superior. Later I tried using claw grip in game , but surprisingly I was popping of headshots after headshots in dms and tdms with 40-50% hs . But in game was going double negative. So I switched back to my old grip and started performing again.
