As much as I don't like nadeshot, Boostio is the bigger bitch in here. Dude has the cushiest job in the whole world and he still manages to complain when no one else does. "4 hours of content at 7am, 2 hour shoot in monday" that is just pathetic. Is this guy a dropout or something?

the general community won't respect Boostio for what he said but Nadeshot and the pros will. Vocalizing and putting pressure to get something is so common in the real world, this will only push 100T and the team forward.

Boostio said that 100T makes them do too much content and that 100T doesnt care if they win. He also said they could drop him if they want. Basically crashing out. Nadeshot is just reacting to it and saying that he will try to fix this. Nade wishes that boostio handled this a different way by talking with the org instead of talking this way about them on stream.

Boostio has been through the worst of EG (and the worst of EG was baaaad) and didn't complain. He just recently brought a team that was dead in the water to an international showing. I don't think he meant it as solely the org's fault, I think he's currently in a way different system. The old EG was nothing before. No clout, no content, just grinding. 100T has a history of being a clout team. He definitely handled it terribly by going through his stream but Boostio has always been one to be blunt, whether it's in trash talk or criticism.

He'd rather focus on the game than the content. The way he addressed it was a bitch move but the sentiment is not. I'd be more worried about your org snaking any more players.

the org definitely wants them to win, and I'm sure if boostio went and told them to chill on the content so he could focus on the team, they would've complied. Nadeshot said something similar himself. IMO this was very unprofessional from boostio.

In all honesty, I don't like the guy a bit. Maybe I am soft, maybe I "cannot take jokes" but he is just very unlikable to me.
Yes he is supposed to be a villain.

Broo 100t have this lineup for the purpose of just doing something in valorant and Nadeshot is investing so that they can win. If Boostio had talked this thing off-stream instead of just yapping on-stream. It could have been handled well and obviously it has put a dent on 100t image

After reading and watching the clips I would say this onyl tarnished Boostio's image and not 100T's. Nadeshot's response was very professional imo and he really gave a great explanation as to why things are the way they are.
