how does macro not show score? your gonna win rounds off of good macro and good calls and lose them off of bad macro and bad calls lol its really simple.
I said best macro i didn't say they were outright better lol and its not really a debate.
yeah maybe i'm just looking at calling where SEN and G2 have just shown me some insane fucking calls/reads that had me mesmerized lol
that was an insane fake lol, that was an insane set play but I'm more focused on reads/midrounding where G2 and SEN are just levels ahead of other teams.
they both have the best calling/macro coming into Bangkok, DRX is a close third but I think these teams just have some insane calls.
100% TL are good. VIT have the firepower that clears TL on a paper basis, but their macro is just horrible. Its a mixture of both i'll say.
Some of these calls/reads are just horrible it looks like they just rely on their overwhelming firepower to win some of these rounds. You can have all the firepower in the world if a team has a better macro you're just going to lose.
They have the worst macro coming into Bangkok, they have all the firepower in the world but their calling/decision-making along with their reads are just horrible. I retract everything i've said about them being top 5 going into Bangkok.

probably should've made this top 5. I do think EDG, VIT, SEN, G2 and T1. Hard to differentiate these 5 teams atm
ehhh, they looked really good the final two series, but its still very hard to see it compared in a less competitive region. There Macro and Micro looks good they are interchangable with SEN I should've made it top 5 but all 5 of these teams can win it.
easily the best IGL in the world, Him and Zellsis consistently have great calls all of last year too its a masterclass to watch this.
China fell and other teams look better its that simple, EMEA and Americas meta/style of play looks drastically better with the inclusion of Tejo. That's just my personal opinion from watching these games.
ehh watching the series over I think T1 had a lot of missplays, which cost them. DRX do look very strong but T1 wont make the same mistakes versus them again.
EDG are not the EDG we saw at champs I think we can all tell that. They had a very slow start at Kickoff which just pushes my opinion for a lot of these other teams over them at their very best. T1 VIT G2 at their VERY best will be better than EDG, SEN is interchangeable but I like the form SEN has been in as of late.
T1 missplayed a lot they do have holes but I think T1 at their best is better than EDG at their best. EDG will be top 5 but I just don't think they are on par with some of these teams when they're at their best. This is just a prediction I will more than likely be wrong.
ehh EDG started slow, which hinders my opinion on them and do have some holes in their gameplay and are not in the form they were in at Champs. T1 is the best team in Pacfiic and have a monstrous squad when everyone is firing simmilar to VIT.
I don't think China will be top 4, EDG started off slow and there are A LOT of holes in their play and Trace will probably be grouped.
T1, SEN, G2 and VIT will be the final 4. SEN are currently in a ridiculous form over the past 2 series. VIT are just steamrolling EMEA, G2 are probably the most fundamentally sound team going into Bangkok. I believe T1 losing to DRX was a mixture of bad decision-making and not being able to reset after Map 2 it was a fluke.
he wasn't lying when he said they have yet to show up on stage they're in such a good form currently hopefully they can keep it up into Bangkok.
I haven't even been watching Americas as much as EMEA recently but I see SEN is frying so thats something to be happy about :)

Despite the effort, despite reaching out to Zikz two weeks after the deadline for any word, I was ghosted. Only to find out that your average VCT scouting/analysis report is 1/200th the size.
The reason I'm bringing this up is because I'm tired of seeing Nadeshot and 100 Thieves continue the narrative that they are trying everything they can. They simply are not. They are just continuing the one thing that has plagued esports, cronyism. The normal size of an analysis report in VCT is 1-2 pages. For a game that is supposed to be "TACTICAL" ... how do you fit a scouting report into one page?
How does Nadeshot and the 100T organization pay for such mediocracy when people put real effort into their applications? Esports needs to stop being a revolving door.
wait how am I cocky lol? they obviously looked ahead of themselves obviously had a team talk after the first map and changed things around they let winning get into their heads to where they started to lose turned things around because it would not have been a good look to lose at all.
