Desmo proved to be a good coach with limited time with what he was able to do with Leviatan.
Okeanos proved his potential last year, & 100T needs a vibes guy after losing Boostio who would stand & shout. Vibes are HUGE in this game, & he can bring them. Plus he has chemistry with Desmo & cryo (friends outside of the game).
yay, ok hear me out. This man mechanically is insane. Always has been. Unfortunately he has been screwed since VCT started with C9 picking him up & dropping, Bleed being Bleed, & EG falling off & having no support in either coaching or teammates. I think if you put his firepower alongside a good team & coaches, he could do REALLY well. Just look at his sentinel games where he isn’t playing Clove. He fries. Jett & Chamber are obviously passive agents so let him play passively & anchor as a PURE sentinel. + he bring a veteran presence this young team may need
cryo on controller is definitely possible. He has had games where he absolutely TOOK OVER on Brimstone. He has the mechanics, the drive, & the beginnings of a pool that could REALLY work. With Timotino & Okeanos being the tip of the spear, he can follow in & clean up alongside them as well as play an anchor. Plus he has mentioned on stream & in his LFT tweet that he would play controller if not duelist.

Either way, NA gets new talent & another team to help build out & rep more NA players.
Which is great because we are obviously the best region.
If NV wins, we have a Yoru one-trick & BabyJ next year…
However, as a 100T fan, is TSM wins, that may obviously affect negotiations + the org hasn’t always been the best
I want the NV org to get the spot but the TSM players to move up…

At this point, I think it is time for Asuna to move on. He has had time to show himself on many roles, & it has just never been good enough (in the system)
100T - I just want a year-long competitive roster. Something like circa 2022.
NRG? - I don’t know if it would kill me or anything, but I want to see NRG with more time.

Yes totally agree. I’d even be fine with having Zika stay at HC, but just as long as they get mCe too. He’s got such an eye for talent & the game.
People forget he made the Guard core (now G2), & made C9 with almost nothing & no time.

SEN loses to C9 - crazy upset I know, but it sets up the real script.
Then 100T beat EG in an absolute blowout that makes all of us 100T fans believe again. We think we can do it. We can make the run & even beat our next opponent, who would be…SEN.
Then 100T have a weird veto, but it works & they perform lights out first map, it’s looking great. Then second map is our pick, we almost win, but then get beaten in a close match that we could have won.
Then an absolute blowout on 3rd map where SEN dog walk 100T. We barely miss out on Champs, & the year is done.
Repeat for 2026.

What’s crazy is that with minimal coaching these guys had a natural flow that looked REALLY good. Now? Every week they look worse & worse. How is that possible?

Picking a map that we are obviously no good at, picks against LEV, LOUD, our Bind year, & constantly picking maps into opponents SAYING we have a good read & never having that read
Not on all that about Kess, but when they lost Boostio they really did lose their aura & confidence
Our vetoes are terrible, players are lost not taking map control, only 5 hit sites, not clearing angles, breaking util, no team play, no unique plays, no heroes on the team.
This year is over, start prepping for 2026.

He has said directly that he does not want to. Forcing players into roles they do not want has not worked, especially for 100T.
This season may just be shot in the sense that I don’t think there are meaningful changes we can make NOW that won’t be tossing the season (ie. IGL change, role changes, & coaching changes) So rebuild for next season.
Add mCe to the coaching staff. Either as an assistant or head coach (would prefer as head coach if Zikz is willing). He has built teams from nothing & made teams with much less talent. He knows tier 2 & tier 1 talent. He also OBVIOUSLY has skill as a coach.
Move Cryo to sentinel/controller (I believe on stream he once said that he preferred controller). This has nothing to do with him not being aggressive enough or anything like that. Simply that it simplifies roles when you have a true duelist. He is the type of player who can take timings, & you can trust him to play smart, play his life, & get picks on his own.
Get a REAL & true duelist. Think OXY or Zekken or Pa1nt from Tier 2. Someone who can defensively Op & can play every duelist from Jett & Yoru to Neon & Raze. This simplifies roles where even were you need to flex, players roles don’t change even if their agent does.
Without knowing the internals of the team, it’s hard to know where the issues lie. If it’s in prep or in execution. However, with Boosito’s numbers & the lack of results on either Sentinel or Flex role, it’s time to go.
If eeiu wants to IGL, let him. He is vocal, active, & a smart player whose util always helps the team. If not, get someone in Tier 2 (like Vora from TSM or POPPIN. Not Zander because he has said he does not want to IGL)
From there, you most likely remove Asuna & Zander & fill in the necessary roles. Most likely Sentinel where you can just fill in Asuna if you want (has said he wants to play sentinel on stream) or just let mCe decide.
Nope. The only evidence was finding people who were trying to pay people to throw, then he VOD reviewed people who made bad plays during matches. Not that they actually took money or had evidence of it, but just that their plays were odd.
I agree! I thought the beginning COULD show something. But it basically just showed there are people out there who want people to cheat & have the money for it…but no actual evidence that anyone did anything

It’s official. I have been a 100T fan for years. But we are shit. I hope we lose hard & get a roster reset at this point. This roster CANNOT do it. They CANNOT compete with the top.
The fact that NRG are able to recover & bring it to overtime with FNS playing for the other team was SO impressive

In Rockets recent sheet he has Ethan as unlikely. Anyone know why? I thought he, s0m, and FNS were tight.
You can’t just say, drop Asuna. That doesn’t do anything. You also have to replace him. So, with the rumored team, who do you replace him with? There are not a ton of flex players who can REALLY play things like Kay/O, Gekko, & also Raze & Yoru. & also keep in mind team chem & budgets.
Yeah Boostio can kick rocks. CRAZY the switch up from “it’s so great to win on an org like this.” to “the org doesn’t want us to win.” Cry baby.
I agree that the format is weird. I know it’s based off of broadcasting & stuff. But having the schedules be as different as they are across regions feels like it changes competitive integrity. I mean how is a team supposed to prepare for two matches in one week & expect to win both?
They totally can finish above them with their current form, but they haven’t faced any real threats yet. I want to see them face off against teams like LEV :)
EG has lost to some teams that are middle of the pack and lower than SEN. SEN won regionally & the most recent masters. Hope that makes sense.
EGs win over SEN was impressive! But it’s hard to rule out their losses to teams much worse than SEN
placing them is hard to be honest. I want them to be 1st based off kickoff & Madrid, but it’s hard to argue that with current form. They can CERTAINLY be first, but that’s if they get their form back. Which they can do!
(based off current form, teams “on paper” & 2024 results so far)
To be honest there is some flux to a few of these especially for teams like LOUD if they find their form again, & NRG for the same reasons. But curious to see what others think, & I will try to explain my position on any if you want :)
