TS 0 - 2 TLN
TS should be the clear winner here. Emphasis on should.
TS came off a dominant win against various T2 teams in the recent Predator League, so clearly nothing much has changed.
Talon, however, is much more unpredictable. Keeping only crws and Jitboys, the new players are notable in various ways (especially lenne, having played briefly as TS's 6th). Sure, their performance in the offseason has looked shaky, but they have since had plenty of time to fix things.
We have seen cases where these kinds of moves surprise, especially since we've literally seen this last year, with TS winning 2-1 against Talon.
Anyways, TLDR TS wins this.
Obsidian_Echo [#7]im with you....TS is over-rated imo
how is TS overrated when no one even rates them
RageSG [#28]i meannnn isnt this comment section enough of proof?
No one rates TS, people just think Talon sucks
AzShun [#43]both of this team got clown by rrq lol

zefanyaa [#44]and yet didn't even reach the playoffs last year 😭😭😭😭
didnt change a fact that both of this team is below rrq
AzShun [#45]didnt change a fact that both of this team is below rrq
Irrelevant. Bringing Russian and Korean ain't enough to carry ur tier 3 region

sebenernya gara2 banyak yang bilang player pinoy di rrq itu tier 2. doi jadi kesel, makanya kalau lihat profilnya isi replynya pasti ngejelek-jelekin indo
callsmejnine [#67]What happened to NDG? His aim was really good the past matches. Kinda disappointing performance from him this first match. Literally 5 killss and 15 deaths. But hoping it'll change this next one. LFG TS. Lets comeback, we cant lose this.
same thing with havoc, first time playing on the big stage can cause pressure
ncahlil [#76]What happened to the 60hz laptop radiant
ndg forgetting that vct monitors support 350hz
callsmejnine [#77]What happened to NDG bro??Hoping itll change and he'll feel more comfortable and relaxed the next map. LFGGGG TSSSSSSS

Wrote all that to get destroyed LOL
grenji [#6]Lmao they gave us the easy group. Talon 2-0.
They called me a madman. This shit was like -5 at one point btw.
Deephh [#89]drop my goat giansanity for ndg ?
he did leak prx scrims which may caused him to get blacklisted
Prathades [#97]he did leak prx scrims which may caused him to get blacklisted
I'd rather have the scrim leaker than someone who plays like a bot
grenji [#90]They called me a madman. This shit was like -5 at one point btw.
uhmm actually no one did!
highlyte [#101]I don't understand... what did TS do in the off-season?
signed governor who just absolutely smurfed on them
highlyte [#101]I don't understand... what did TS do in the off-season?
farmed tier 2 teams and became complacent
PandaCoco1 [#102]I'd rather have the scrim leaker than someone who plays like a bot
then how can ts scrim with another team when they got blacklisted?
Lyze [#114]You know what I'm just gonna hope NAOS win ascension at least they actually sign great players
I think FS will win bro this year. They have fox and sushi.
lilwho [#125]That was a fast game
they want sliggy to sleep early after what they the broadcast did yesterday
Walker72 [#127]I think FS will win bro this year. They have fox and sushi.
Yea thats why im just hoping for them but i think FS is just on another level than any other region right now
Okay... Been watching TS for so long now. Here's my take in this match...
The strats that I'ven been seeing in TS for so long has been missing this game, like where are the strats at? Seems like they have been neutralized by talon. Team secret has been struggling on teams with very good duelist/oper. You can look up their matches and most of their losses are teams with S-tier duelist/oper.
NDG is a downgrade version of Dubstep. YES he is, dubstep can do what NDG does but NDG cant do what dubstep does. At least dubstep can be a good anchor for TS with that operator but NDG cant. He looks lost in this match. What TS need is a very good duelist that smells blood better than everybody else.
Dont get me wrong TS is a very good team, just inconsistent. When against a team with good duelist or an unpredictable team like Talon, TS plays like shit what more on better teams this year...
NDG out, call that boy GIANSANITY!!!
Lyze [#114]You know what I'm just gonna hope NAOS win ascension at least they actually sign great players
bruh, there's Full sense, BOOM/AE, FENNEL, DSG. NAOS didn't have a chance
jimjam789 [#122]Should have played lenne last year
Well lenne was in TS. Guess it's revenge arc from him
sternritteR [#135]bruh, there's Full sense, BOOM/AE, FENNEL, DSG. NAOS didn't have a chance
Bro i said im hoping i didnt say NAOS will win and besides i have no hope to the teams you mentioned except full sense

if the problem is the duelist, why is it so hard for them to sign Yoshiiii or JA?

Nepotism bro. Just look at Witz - a duelist main when he started in valo and actually showed potential in icebox vs gambit when he played reyna. This org is a family business.
PandaCoco1 [#70]same thing with havoc, first time playing on the big stage can cause pressure
Well....it got worse
Lyze [#79]Wla ng next map hahaha
sayang gagi. Ang hype nila tas ganun lang performance. Pero considering na former ts si lenne mayroon din siyang upperhand a bit?! kasi alam niya yung ibang strats nila. But still wow they got stomped, even NDG. Man, I was hoping. Pero losing lang pala, wow 9/30
stopped watching after an 8-1 something on ascent. Wow. Can't even say nice try. Bro I give up, prolly just gonna support T1 this time. AHAAHAHAHA i hate it bro. I preferred gian for TS but when NDG got it I fully supported him. I thought bro could actually change things despite how minimal the changes were in TS. I hope, I hope, I hope he shows tryouts NDG. Invy is the most consistent out of them, so maybe ill change teams but illl still root for Invy.
str8fax [#156]If the gatekeepers in NA stopped recycling the same washed players, you'd see more players like Governor shining.
While I agree that Governor is a great player, who would he replace in NA?
Leaf
Demon1
Zekken
Cryo
Oxy
? The issue is that NA have the best duelists. You can MAYBE make the argument that he is just as good as some of those names (personally I don’t think he is, not yet at least) but I don’t think anyone who knows Valorant would say gov is better.
Tess [#48]TS 2-0 easily, TLN still lost t2 thai team.
Thai fans are petty (me included) for dropping the Thai roster for an international team but their Afreeca TV performance was literally with less than a week of practice. You can still see some traces of shaky comms but overall TLN's trading really impressed me here. Lenne's IGLing and reads have also impressed me and I can see how dedicated he is to this role + I'm happy Crws can finally sit back and play the game without worrying about calling (albeit this game was not really great for him stats-wise).
Ban finally getting to play duelist again and KAYO which is practically a duelist. Governor showing us why he's a ranked demon (we'll see how he performs against opponents that actually shoot back) but as long as he stays confident we'll be chill since his duelist hero pool is also very diverse. Jitboys and Crws ~ what can I say say, they're both such solid players with Jitboys having insane mechanics and Crws having that giga-brain. Last but not least, as long as Lenne can keep calling well and stay calm whilst pulling his own weight then this team looks solid.
