The fact that women don't get their own league to play in will just result in barely any women playing in GC in 20 years and sooner or later we will finally get a womens only league (I hope).

It may not be much, but if you compare it to the player base of other competitive games, it is definitely a game with more players who identify themselves as such.
Of course compared to other competitive games Valorant is gonna proportionally have not only more trans and nonbinary players, but also more women in the community because it is visually a lot more easy to relate to and be appealed by.
If we're going back to Harapan845's original question, at least in the pro scene, there are not as many trans/nb players compared to women; however, it's much easier to notice these players when they put up massive performances and get deeper in tournament runs compared to the women.
Women will be represented at the top level if they continue to improve their mechanics, fundamentals, strategy, etc. Frankly, the vast majority are still not good enough to compete in Tier 1/2. They'll make occasional correct decisions, plays and win rounds, but the depth in the playbook and consistency to pull this off is not on the same level as Tier 1/2.
Strawmanning trans/nonbinary players in a developmental league designed to be dissolved and merged with the Tier 2 ecosystem isn't productive because women are eventually gonna have to play men. There's no avoiding it and if anything, it's about embracing the challenge. There are several social factors which play a part in why not as many women pursue high Radiant (800-1000+ RR) which are not straightforward to resolve.
It's not about women being crowded out by trans/nonbinary players, but whether women are willing to keep up with the growing level of skill.
What if they don't keep up? Because frankly top 4s is this team have clear outliers :
Last year we have 2 marginalized gender in gc grand finals, this year we have 4. If next year the number keeps rising all the way to top 4 then you know there's a pattern happening. I'm down for an improving gc but the way we're going shows that women will be more marginalized than marginalized gender itself
marginalized genders aren't the problem, this space was made to house all of them.
That said, there is some undeniable variability between the avg AMAB and AFAB players, even though I cant concretely explain that as of yet.
Coupled with the horrible state of t2, GC has become a conundrum, and there is no solution. It all falls on the individuals now.
I was about to say there is an inherent differences between amab and afam, bjt i don't wanna get flamed lol. Social issues theory only applies for afam because the odds are just against them historically, it's hard to justify social issues on amab turned marginalized gender when they're initially amab in the first place
There are two ways to look at your question: it's either they simply can't keep up or they don't want to keep up. The latter is more down to them being comfortable where they are whilst the former is kind of a question of what factors hold them back. It's definitely not mechanical potential since the sources point to there basically being no significant difference in reaction-time.
Now to your 3 points: No, why dissolve the league before it's actually had a chance to get within a notable range of Tier 2. There's still a considerable gap between GC and Tier 2 - and the whole point of GC is to bring that ecosystem closer to Tier 2. Point 2 is what Riot will always do, but the gap will only get larger if women don't feel the need to improve themselves be it mechanics or strats. And then last point makes no sense both from a logistics standpoint (like you said, what's the point in separating more?) as well as a scheduling standpoint. Additionally, the market audience that would watch nonbinary/trans players exclusively is still very small and not fully invested.

I was hoping for a better run from Falcons since Madv is a great aimer and Mary return looked promising. Xipto are the female PRX so watching them is like 100% stress, but when they win, it feels like a win for the more fun side of Valorant.
why would anyone watch the same game but worse? For example womens volleyball is much more technical than the male counterpart but with less power,but valorant is the same game but trash i dont see any reason for it existing if they cant even bridge to brigde the gap between cis and trans, how the fuck they intent to play T1.Flor and Srn are trash players with good aim and yet they cant deal with them.
I don't agree with women not having their own league but I don't think that's going to be the reason why women won't have a high representation at a high level. Men typically are more competitive than women, this is how it's always been in gaming. In League there's no women who could compete in even T3 leagues. Women circuits have existed in Lol and CS for 20+ years and there aren't many tier 1 ready women in either of those games. Some women have proven to have a high ceiling at chess, but not a large amount of them either. Men are more dedicated to esports/professional gaming, even high level female players have said this. A lot of women would rather focus on other careers with longevity. I think there will be some girls who will be in valorant tier 1 but it'll never be close to even.
I think that in the case of tactical FPS, women have a long way to go if they want to get at the same level than men

It all depends if the good GC players are willing to leave GC even if that means getting less money
I think that Flor, dodonut, rezq, vania, and srN could make it to tier-2/tier-1 with the right guidance
But it's unlikely for most of them. But I do believe they have the level and capacity to compete at the highest level. The talent is there, a GC team will never make it to tier-2/tier-1, but they have players that could be head-to-head with top pros
