Some of these GC players are aimers as seen in the Spotlight Offseason Tournament and even in Day 1 of this event. But there is definitely advantages in the calling from Tier 1 to GC. Mimi even said that Valyn calls things faster in the G2 Chozen run video. There is probably some underlying factors like confidence and the fast micro calls which create a world of difference in a game like Valorant

This hypothetical is extremely rare to begin with, but I doubt a FTM would be disallowed into GC because at the end of the day, they are a marginalised gender group which would fall in line with Riot's ethos on GC.

i understand, but you should also know that marginalized gender don't really exist in SEA (except like thailand) people don't really learn about it and being tought to be against it. Not saying it's acceptable but just realize that were probably 1-2 generations away from understanding it

You could say that "they need just to prove they are good", but for this, he needs a team, and after that, he needs another team that the players accept to work with they.

Not related to Val, but I was used to play football a lot, and there was 2 dudes at my school that was good defenders, but my commarades never allowed they to join, even when we was lacking defenders, because, according to they:
"Gay people is annoying as hell, doesnt matter if they are good, I dont want they close to me".

So its suck to get youserlf accepted in a male straight team.

For one thing, it's a huge PR nightmare for any org since it's always gonna be a question of "Why?" Plenty of guys in high radiant you can pick up and you got a NB/Trans person. The majority of fans in Valorant are guys so it's easiest to relate to a guy. That's why some nonbinary/trans players play in GC. Who knows, maybe this thought could change but as of now, most players who can't make it into Tier 1/2 will opt for GC because of the salary

(I apologise for my bad English in advance)
My problem(?) with GC is it was supposed(marketed as) to be a safe place for less represented groups which aren't generally take up gaming from birth unlike boys i.e. girls, but now we have male who converted to female and get an opportunity to play in a special league.

Basically, boys generally lean towards gaming from start but girls don't and those who do aren't well recieved by the society(?), but boys who converted to female don't have to struggle through the same that girls do but still get to play in it
