i can handle bell peppers and that’s about it, sometimes i can handle a little bit of salt as well
Agreed. There are foods that don't have to be spicy to taste good. The flavour of caramelised onions is not spicy but it's probably one of my favourite flavours in food, it's just too good when combined with other things correctly. Most of my mother's cooking is not excessively spicy, even though the food is traditionally meant to be spicy, and I really enjoy her style of cooking.
Tldr: Food doesn't need to be spicy to be flavourful and delicious.
What I am saying is: you cant experience many Asian, African, Middle Eastern dishes and so forth, without being able to tolerate spice. I am not a spice fanatic and I don't think that every food is better with spice, however I do believe that some of the best cuisines in the world heavily utilize it.
Tobacco, sriracha, all of taco bell hot sauce. Those are some examples of popular hot sauces that aren't really spicy. Most of the foods I think are spicy are spicy Korean food but even then I don't really think the are spicy but I can actually taste it unlike the previously mentioned hot sauces which I can't taste at all
Dont know about ball pepper & stuff but my spice level probably suitable with the top country spice level in this thread
Geting used to spicy dish mean every main dish which not spicy kinda felt tasteless,
this is probably what spicy lover felt like when tasting "something not spicy" that should be spicy
