I dont get Vyse hype

The first thing is that each comp (in the current meta) MUST have 1 of each of these things
A Duelist
A initator
A smoke
Cypher/KJ or Viper (on bind/split)

If a comp does not have one of these it suffers greatly. The fifth spot is dependent on map and in current meta it is either a second smoke or second initator. To run vyse would be to choose her as the 5th and she is one of the worst in this case.

Agents as a better 5th then here in no order:
Jett/Raze/Phoniex (with new buffs)/Neon/Yoru/Sova/Fade/Breach/Gekko/Kayo/Skye/Harbor/Viper/Omen/Astra/Brim/Cypher/KJ/Deadlock
Debatable (but still better imo):
Iso/Clove/Chamber/Sage
Not better:
Reyna

So I dont get why teams would every play her when theres so many better options? Can someone explain how/why she is better than the agents I listed in any gven comp as a 5th?

deadlock clears anyways there is little point to playing vyse

Entry duelist
Scan initiator
Recon initiator
Trap sentinel
Controller

The reason people may be hyping her (I haven't really seen hype) is that she can fill both the trap sentinel and info/flash initiator role, leaving space for an extra agent (or two if you're risky)
