I've seen multiple people now (From NA obviously) talk shit about 2game saying they're a POOR organization and that it was BAD that they won because they wont have money and brazil doesnt have enough talent.

Do you realize how xenophobic yall sound? even Sideshow was saying shit like this bro wtf. If you do a 3 seconds google search you will discover that 2GAME is actually a huge digital store for Game Keys and dont even rellies on Valorant to make money. They are not even a brazilian org lol. They invested on the Valorant team because they saw the potential the roaster had, and they were rewarded by it. The CEO himself already said the team is staying together. As 2Game Esports.

But what ACTUALLY pisses me off are people calling the 2G players bad and not "tier 1 material" like stfu idiot. Stop crying because they beat your team you're such a bad loser. I've never heard people talk this type of shit about any org or players that ever ascended but now that the brazilian unknow team (by NA atleast) ascends you yap crazy like that?

I Genunely hope 2G does good, because that is good for Valorant Esports. The more ascention teams that do well, the more likely teams are to start looking more and more at T2 talent. For all we heard that, "Brazilian Valorant is only going to get worse," I love underdog teams and this will definetly be a team I chear for next season!

It's not a xenophobic problem, it's more the fact everyone was is still traumatized by TGRD affair, that left a mark in people mind and especially usian mind "if even TGRD isn't allowed in franchising, then so many structures can't do the cut". So if a structure that come from NOWHERE just win ascention they assume they have litterally no chance because TGRD precedent.

2G ascending may be the best thing ever for Riot, it will prove to everyone that anyone can ascend, not only big clouted team that come from very rich country like USA, SG, FR, it may even attire a lot of small/middle structure into tier 2, it will just prove you can qual even if you are not a huge name

If was an org like Fluxo, PaiN, Red Canids, Viva Keyds... It'd be 100% more hype imo

But ig that esports orgs have to start a name for themselves somewhere, so this might the beginning of something bigger for the brazilian scene in FPS

they had a post on their twitter that said they should be rebranding, with a quick joke from the twitter admin saying "we wont use ai this time", but that was deleted so idk whats gonna be done, but im hopeful that they will be rebranding, which is good, they have a good colour scheme and alot of potential
