Thoughts on where it should be held? I personally think that if a country has already held masters or champs, they shouldn't be considered, give another country that hasn't held masters or champs an opportunity. France, England, Sweden, India etc is good areas.

All would be fire choices. i'm 99% sure there will be a Masters in NA after having zero international events this year. Would also make sense to have another champs at EU and just make it a rotating cycle (NA->APAC->EU, plus China somewhere idk)
