yeah he doesnt have a problem with nats but he isnt gonna team with a guy who lost him his job that entire situation is just messy. from my understanding sayf and redgar had very strong opinions on the macro of the team and often argued and the other teammates took this as sayf and redgar were the problem and complained about them to management when in reality both of them liked each other they were just very passionate on how to run the team.
Hiro is probably gonna stay on FNC unless Leo makes a definitive return to the stage
because if they finish 6th or higher, that means FNC performed better this year with Hiro than they did with Leo, so then they would probably keep the former

Current vita is hard carried by sayf being duelist, and as far as we know he don't want to play duelist long term.
you need a duelist as good as Sayf, I don't see one available in T1.
srsly? if anyone is carrying them atm it's Trexx, the guy has higher rating and ACS than Sayf, and he's not even playing duelist
sayf clutches and key kills what wins vita maps, it was the case vs BBL and KC.
if he didn't step up, vita wouldn't be in PO.
it still feels like cender isnt fully there yet as the IGL so they should try to get some good emea t2 igl (maybe molsi/HearthBeat/cayden/?) or a import even (preferably Zander he is my goat)
exactly he isnt fully there but he has good mechanics and hes only gotten better this year plus with leo, trexx, and sayf helping him he will develop a lot no point in building chemistry with a different igl when you can just keep the one you have

His calling has been really good. Thats not vitalitys issue at all. He is top 5 IGLs in the league easily.
Thes issue has been skill of the rookies runner/kicks. They just havent been good enough
he definitely hasnt been outplaying outher igls to the level boo or boaster have
and those are just the 2 you need to be beating to get your team an advantage

I wouldnt mind them going the 2 meh igl route while giving cender more time to grow
Getting some hard fragging IGL like sociablEE to help out and then trasition to full duelist could be a really fun experiment
(though I feel like we might be reaching the too many cooks in the kitchen point real quick)
